Indiafilings Company is Good. They provided me really amazing service. We applied for Gst Return Filings with IndiaFilings Company and they have given really best service for me.

I don't know if these guys are genuine or fake, but their service sucks. I paid INR 7899 on Oct 5 2020 for a trademark application hearing, but never got the service that I paid for. I have followed up innumerable times but have either received no response or the customary "Let us check and get back to you".

When I decided to engage their services, a guy named Hayaz bombarded me with calls to make the payment. After payment was completed, there was just silence, no action. I have now asked them to issue a refund. UPDATE: These guys are now demanding that I remove online reviews otherwise they will not issue a refund. How shameful!

UPDATE: One of their executives had the temerity to call me and threaten me with legal action if I didn't withdraw this review. Can bullying get any worse? These people slept over the job, didn't answer my messages & emails. It has been more than three months since I have paid; despite that I haven't received an update on status or any action towards a hearing. When I demanded a refund, they made excuses. And now they have threatened me with legal action. Sorry, I am not giving in to your bullying. My advise to anyone reading this is this:
1. Please go through genuine reviews before you make a decision.
2. Please think again about spending your hard earned money. Please speak to these people to see if they will offer your money back in case they don't get the job done.

Sometimes these review sites could be so misleading because only bad experiences get reported and happy customers do not go out of the way to report. I had a great experience and thought i would report about it in detail, so people can make informed choice. For me this is the third company i am starting, two were started by a local CA friend. I chose indiafilings becos its online and didn't have to travel. I did some research online was a little afraid at first but then decided to go with them becos of the professionalism in the followup process... I liked that they clarified a lot of doubt without asking for any money for any number of hour over phone which made me chose them... once, paid also i was assigned a relationship manager sathya and he took the process very professionally. I got regular email and updates on the status of my registration work and my company was registered in 19 days. During the process, I had to get stamp paper and sign documents which is a hassle but needed for registration so OK. But, i really like them for what happened after registration... once registration was over and account was opened i tried to become an online seller on flipkart but my registration application was denied, so i called indiafilings for help and Deepak was very helpful in getting his contact at flipkart solve the issue for me. They went out of the way to help me, without any charge and this i liked. So, indiafilings people are helpful and genuine in what they do... they go beyond the requirement which is commendable... keep helping more entrepreneurs. Best of luck - Darshan

Iam having good experience with this software. Its changed my total business into online. With help of legers accounting software its totally different experience.

Indiafilings is not providing proper service once we have paid the money to them. They are not responding even call most of the times.

FROM 45 DAY I AM REGISTERING A PVT LTD COMPANY WHOSE CORPORATION CERTIFICATE HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN,
THEY ARE ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL FEES ON ONE PRETEST OR THE OTHER AND ARE BLACKMAILING
