Its the worst company n employs i have worked with till date, these people are not in market for bussiness these people are here to fool clients and gobble up client's money and then just vanishes no response nothing all phones automatically goes switch off, need to take some legal actions against these people! These people stay online see ur msg n dun even reply or call back n update false ans in their system saying customer is not picking the call, Shailendra, Farzana, Rajni, Saraswati and i dun know many more, list goes on and i dun understand everyday these people are on leave, so they just ear client's money and take leaves n enjoy that is what there job is for that they get payed not for providing gud service to clients, most irresponsible and unethical company n shameless employes.

I choose IndiaFilings to get my company registered along with GST and account opening in Bank. Till you make complete payment they act smart and all nice, once i made complete payment they became unresponsive and they took 2-3 months get the work after repeated follow ups, further in my case I had to reshare the mail and remind them about things they need to do as part of package that I bought due to this there was a delay in GST registration

My experience with IndiaFilings is disappointing disaster and I would suggest never go with there service

I applied to Indiafilings.com for registration of my Trademark. Initially the process was slow but after I was allotted Ms Kunkunpudi Rushi Sreedhar as my RM, I got fairly good service and my Trademark application was filed to my satisfaction. It was really nice expereince while taking the service from IndiaFilings company. Company is really good with generous staff who take responsibility to serve you better. We are happy with their work.

IndiaFilings is one of the best and great service provider company in India. We had taken services from them lots of times as GST registration, business registration and income tax filings.

Guys I applied for sole proprietorship
Mr Hritik was the salesperson who asked 2600 rs as payment and then only he will process
I paid it on 17th April and then he said it will take just 7 working days I reconfrmed he said yes only 7 working days

Then there was no response from him there were 2 people assigned

Both these ladies did not respond well just saying wait ma'am in process this will take time that will take time. I strongly do not recommend to go with them.

We paid to incorporate a company. They make tall promises but it took one month and 8 days but they left out some crucial filing with MCA, which was detected only at the time of filing of annual return, for which we had to pay fine.
For every smallest issue they will ask money and that too in advance.
Our misery did not end with that fine. For filing of annual return, we submitted all document in first week of May but they continued changing contact person many time. Finally ITR was filed on last extended date but annual return was filed after due date.
They charged of auditor appointment and all compliance's for two years.
Then started horror show. When we asked for ITR and Annual Return filing for second year, they again asked for money. What happened to money paid for two years? Idiotic excuses.
We wrote long letter to owner that idiot has no courage to respond.
They never filed ADT-1.
When asked for our money back they will threaten.
Different persons will continue sending emails and phone calls.
BEWARE of such rouge company.

I give my company to incorporate but they took my money but after then no response from Indiafilings team, all the time employees change the company but not proper response from India filings, not recommended company they good title Indiafilings but they are not worth for this name.

The Indiafilings sales team they just sale the product with the customer but after paid the amount totally they miss guid us

Honestly this is my one year hard work with Indiafilings team I'm fed up with them

Here is my final e-mail to IndiaFilings.
Due to the incompetence of your people, I missed my deadline with RoC, Bangalore and am now in default. After repeated phone calls, your people were unable to file a simple letter with RoC, Bangalore and give me a clear path to close my defunct company. Every time I call I get a new person who has no background and thus far have failed to talk to any of your "senior staff".

Due the default, I am forced to hire another provider. You should stop all work, if you did any in the first place, and immediately refund the full amount of Rs ******* paid on my card. If refund is not processed by tomorrow (14th March, 2017), I will be forced to take legal action that would only increase your cost.

I am fed up of calling and writing to you, and getting only inaction in response. I will not be calling Indiafilings from this point. But if you fail to return the money, I will initiate action. You should take this e-mail as final communication on my service request to close the defunct company.
