Non existent customer service, we had to chase them endlessly for every step of company formation. Even the CEO does not bother to respond. No escalation matrix.

Asked DSC for DGFT. Price offered INR 988. Reconfirmed and have in writing. After payment process (Mukesh) backtracked and now, saying for refund. We asked for full refund as it was their mistake. Got a call from Mr. Ashfaq(email id from freshdesk), got threaten (whatever i wanted i can do but no 100% refund) over phone and further, on email also. Worst case of making fun of professionalism. Bad behaviour by employee.

They described their services, ignored some of my more pertinent questions, such as their reliability, or validity, quoted me $1,150, and the next day I received a PayPal invoice for $6,150. Very bad experience with India fillings, First year we have done the fillings from them next year when i reached they were charging beyond market price. So, we thought to change the team and get it done from other possible filling companies. We have requested NOC from Auditors but they were not providing the email address of Auditors and neither they were sharing the NOC
