I've been waiting for a rewards check for over 6 months now and still have never received it. I did get a Walmart egift card after several long weeks of faithfully logging into this app. Yet I've n heard anything back from support regarding the first rewards payment back in May of this year
This is a great app but does take long to finally receive the money. I would like to be able to track the progress of reward and then which I would give it the 5 stars!
Very slow long wait with no real answers is until how long anything is going to take no timeline no customer service takes two weeks to even make $10 because the ads in the offers and are not worth it you spend 30 minutes on a survey to make $0.50 in any real offered that you make any kind of money on you have to spend money to even make it and even then you could still wait 32 days to even get anyting or not even paid at all like I haven't been on multiple different occasions

I submitted two magic receipts fulfilling two separate offers for a $9 reward. The scan said It could not verify the information on the receipts and to submit it for manual review. I did this and waited the requested 10 days and received no response, no solution, no rewards.
Even after clearly explaining this to support I get an instant, automated reply telling me how to submit a receipt and then request a manual review. I have already done this. This system requires us to spend money to earn money, you get paid for your referrals. Now you refuse to to hold up your end of the bargain?

Wouldn't let me redeem through paypal. Kept saying my info doenst match. Although ive redeemed a couple times before without any problems. So i settled for a virtual gift card which says 2-3 days to process so i asked an agent she said itll be 10 business days. Really? For a virtual card? Very disappointing and discouraging.
