I never received my gift card for Texas Roadhouse and it's been over a month since I ordered it. Please send the gift card asap. It was for $50.

I have requested a gift card from the points I had saved up, however I never received the gift card that I requested but my points have gone down. This is the second time this has happened. I never received any kind of code, etc. How do I get my card? I can't remember the date but ii was this month for this last one. The other is many years ago didn't question that one.

It's a good site to make a little extra cash, but it's also frustrating to get bumped of a survey half way through, which happens more than you would think. I've made some money and I would still recommend it.

None of the loyalty card codes are able to be used. Also my $10 prepaid Mastercard said I received it in my balance, but it declined...

Horrible I never received had a PayPal linked to my inbox account. So I didn't receive the funds so I was wondering if I could get the funds sent to my cashapp or a virtual visa

My American express card that I selected said it was shipped but I didn't not receive it or the card information. I got the wall Mart gift card information but not american express if I don't get it then I'm going to stop using inbox pays an go to another app that pays

It's even more difficult to qualify for surveys and earn enough points to cash out. Even clicking on their daily "confirm this email" takes a ridiculous amount of times to be able to scratch off a bonus. It's just too frustrating and time consuming.

The closer I get to $15 which is the required minimum amount to get my first gift card, the more difficult it has been to get surveys to work. I'm at $12.96 right now and I haven't had any luck getting the surveys to work. It seems a little more than just coincidental.

Even the surveys that appear as "recommended for you" in a popup don't work. After I click accept and continue, it takes me back to the survey list. The ones I do get to work display "we found a better survey for you" after answering a few questions"

Update: I just answered all of their questions in detail on a survey where they show you greeting cards and want you to evaluate them. After I finished and submitted the survey, I didn't get awarded anything. A message displayed that the survey wasn't a good fit for me.They got their survey completed and are going to get whatever benefits they get and I got nothing. Shady.

Swag bucks is way faster at getting me rewards. I will no longer put as much effort into inbox dollars. Inbox dollars sucks.

Don't even bother with this site.

It's a total scam.

Especially the games. They try to draw you in to install games and play them with offers to pay you when you reach certain goals. It's a load of crap. When you reach the goals and don't get paid. All they tell you. Is there are tracking glitches and a bunch of BS. They'll say sorry, not sorry.

They'll say it's out of their control and they're not going to pay you fur all the time you wasted on that game. All lies.

Just totally sketch. Don't waste your time, because they're not going to pay you.

I couldn't get my card. I had to change my password then I couldn't even get in to get it. This is ridiculous. The process needs to be easier. Every time I have tried to cash in has been taken multiple attempts but this is the worst.

I have been with them for 2 months or so. I have cashed out $110 on two months. That is more then anyone I have had for years. They have cashed out faster this time.

Overall the game experience was excellent. I was having lots of fun. However, when it came time to cash out, mind you I was almost convinced that it was really legit (to the point that I excitedly started promoting it to all my family and friends); I even went as fast as getting the actual virtual debit card with my outstanding $334+ pay out, and then, I tried to order something with the card, and it was a BIG FLOP! I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET MY AWARD AFTER PLAYING ALL THE GAMES FOR ALL THE MONTHS I WAS PLAYING. In fact, I can't even get into my profile (prepaid card sponsor) it received any email regarding my profile.

It takes too long to pay out through PayPal because they use a company called Tango and I'm still waiting for the actual PayPal gift card to come when I cashed out 3 days ago!

I got the gift card but its not usable whenever i try to put it on my apple pay it locks out because of security issues i contacted the people 4 5 times but they just say wait for few hours it will work but its not working even waiting for it i need help

I just joined and I can already tell it is a scam website. After answering about 10 questions on a survey, it tells you do not qualify for that survey and kicks you off. Don't waste your time.

I played several games. Took endless surveys. I earned my money and let it grow to $40 and decided to cash out. I selected my cards. They sent me a notice for them to kick in. I'm still waiting. I played solitaire to level 103. Was supposed to receive $12 and chain. Only was given 15 cents. Put in 3 tickets to find out what happened. No response other than more things to earn money. It's a waste of time. DON'T TRUST THEM

Inbox Dollars. Stay away. Don't waste your time like I did

I've been disappointed with Inbox Dollars for quite some time. I've spent lots of time, hours, answering surveys and not earning any money. I will click on a survey that pays 1.00 and takes 20 minutes to complete. I'll spend 10 minutes on the survey and then get disqualified. Or, I will click on a survey that pays.25 and takes 10 minutes to take. It takes 30 minutes to complete and I still get paid only.25 cents.

I would click on the paid emails and the would fill up the meter, but it never payed me.

So, I cashed out my money. I got a Visa cash card, but I can't put the money on my credit card like I planned to. And I don't need to do any more online shopping.

It's really upsetting to think about all the time I wasted in your App.
