It's an okay app just fails more than 80 % for example my profits are 50 dollars instead of 90 dollars. I hope it gets more practical overall a great platform on free time

Was enjoying app but then it just shut me out no reason why. I was getting surveys and finishing them and got some gift card but it all came to an end

I have been a member of InboxDollars for almost 10 years. Lately there seems to be a very consistent issue on them, not paying out for the higher level rewards on most of their games.
It is funny how when you download a game and allow tracking that as soon as you start to reach those high-level rewards all of a sudden they claim that "there was a problem with the third-party tracking". They blame the game and the maker of the game, but when you contact the game support about the tracking, it is on InboxDollars. They absolutely refused to pay once you start to get past a few pennies and start making money on the higher levels. They claim it is because they have to "stop the scammers" but this is actually them getting all of your information that they can share and sell for marketing without rewarding you. The customer service is usually very rude and not very helpful.

I won a virtual mastercard gift card and when I finally got it loaded into my wallet I have still not been able to use the card to make a purchase. I tried at Walmart and online through Temu. Very disappointed. I have won before and had it go to my pay pal account and it worked just fine. However now I no longer have a pay pal account.

I am very upset, and feel Scammed! I have looked and Nothing! I worked hard to get to my $10. Reward, and, was very happy to have reached it! Then, NOTHING! 😡

Here's a helpful heads up for anyone who uses InboxDollars. If you are taken to a survey where you have to watch a full episode of a new potential TV show called DMV, don't waste your time. I watched the entire episode and answered all of the questions about it. Upon completing the survey the message displayed that they found a better survey for me and I got nothing. What a waste of time. Don't waste your time with that survey.

1-16-25 I contacted Inbox Dollars and they awarded me the amount I should have received. But still be careful.

It literally took 9 days and that just felt a little ridiculous. I could have understood it taking that much time if they had to issue some sort of redemption code, but they deposited the money directly to my PayPal and it still took the full 9 days.

Very hard to get a survey that you can finish. The payout is a very long waiting period. It wastes a good bit of time. Once they approve you they should let you finish the survey.

I enjoy the app itself but the payout process is way too long.What would make this app 5 star is for the payout process to be QUICKER. A side of that it's 👍

I'm completely dissatisfied with Inbox dollars. Every thing was good until I completed my latest offer. I was supposed to receive $120. I was given $12. It's ridiculous and bad business. I screenshot my offers upon acceptance so I have the proof of what I was owed. I've heard from others about this happening but I had hoped for better.

I am very disappointed in this program. I earned the reward and never received the card. I have made several attempts to reach out with no response

Contact issues and delays when claiming rewards this on I received the 10$ I ordered after the 100$ 3 days ago but have not received the 100$ yet Evan after contacting support about this issue

Don't know how to get my cash out and they are telling me the don't have enough info I asked what they needed and no response
