I purchased a monthly and a yearly subscription to recover my whatsapp data and it doesn't work. It reached the 95% of the process and then shut down or I get a message saying I don't have enough space. A real disappointment! Money throw away. Now they refuse to give me a refund. And it says on their website "money back guarantee"
WARNING.Just another scammer pretending that his product can unlock your phone.No it didn't for my MOTOROLA e22i I have tried it but to no avail.I have requested a refund but nothing.They keep sending you ticket after ticket,but no concrete action.After everything considered you know that you are dealing with a bunch of scum bags and arsehat.

Got this service as I accidentally deleted important files off my computer, and with this service I was able to retrieve it. However, pay close attention to the pricing, it is a subscription based service (not a one-time payment as I thought). Therefore I was charged for 2 month. I was able to contact them and explained the situation, and they offered to partial refund my 2nd charge. Overall, would use their service again if I needed to.

UPDATE: After posting this review and screenshots of the customer service I received, the site customer service team responded back to my reply email/this review. They have offered a full refund. I am only increasing my stars to 3, because of the follow up customer service. App is fine to use for creating content, but the initial customer services could use a little work.
I attempted to cancel my subscription for next year's service (I am not using the software). I have had an account with them for the past few years with little to no use. This past year I have not used it all.
The customer service said I missed my window to close it and refused to refund me for next year's subscription service. They give you a 10 day window before renewal date to cancel according to their customers service. Their defense was they sent an email. Well the email went to my spam.
Their customer service said they would still allow access to the site and 30% refund. I go in the site to log in make sure it cancelled for any future charges, and the site shows me "the account does not exist". So they cancelled my account and still charged me for service. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Shady way to do business with customers.

I Subscribe to what's an app transfer from Android to iPhone 13 pro max which is not working. They are saying compatibility issues. Which does not mention on any where. If something goes wrong there is no way to identify it. It looks like a fraud. Please be aware before you buy this product.

I asked around my local retailers and phone providers and as soon as anyone hears iOS to Android they immediately said: no way, can't transfer the history. They use a different operating system.(iphone to samsung)
Luckily I found this software! It worked like a charm!
It's backup feature(free of charge) is pretty good that we can look all the images and videos that we have on the device in line, was pretty bumpy for a few days that it didn't restore at first((Restore function isn't free) but the technician Tony helped figure out which file caused the issue and once the extra step was done all my files from the time I backed up before was restored(within 4 work days)! Definitely worth the 1 month membership :D definitely Recommend!
By the way, when you buy a 1 month plan you may be subscribed for continuous charges, just make sure you cancel your subscription before the times up and there won't be any unnecessary charges(seems like a recurring topic when I was reading reviews myself.)

I think the main tip would be that as I mentioned in the review, while I was looking around for a solution I saw many reviews showing that the payment is a recurring charge which is not the case if you go and unsubscribe before the end of the month:)

I was able to purchase a 1 month subscription and apply the license to the app I downloaded on my Mac. Unfortunately, the app wasn't able to solve my problem as my iPad was already bricked due to a hardware issue. My main issue was trying to cancel the recurring subscription because I was being prompted for my credentials and getting a bad response when I clicked on retrieve username/password. I had to call customer service to cancel the service.

Phone was overloaded, it went haywire. Apple told me I would lose all my data including 5000 pictures (I had no backup). Apple recommended I try a company that quoted me $700-$3,900 US funds ( I live in Canada).
I found iMyPhone in a YouTube search and figured I give it a try. It took some time to navigate through the software since I am not computer savvy. After a while it was fixed. The cost?….$63 dollars. Thanks iMyPhone!

Didn't work because my model wasn't supported. There's a generic program you can run, but I went through 100% and it still failed. Support got back to me quickly though, they wanted to try to troubleshoot it, but I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time so they gave me a refund.
Just make sure to keep track of your order number, as you'll need that if you want to cancel the subscription through their link. Otherwise, you can go to your PayPal and stop the recurring payment there (click your name in the top right, then go to "money, banks, and cards" on the left side menu, scroll down to "automatic payments").

Save your order number to login and cancel your subscription when you're done with it or cancel it through automatic payments in PayPal.

When I first posted about my experience with the iMyFone customer service, I was a bit disappointed with their refund policy. After explaining my situation and product expectations, they understood why their product did not meet my needs. I was issued a full refund, and their development team is now working to incorporate the missing features in future product releases.
