I just discovered this website is selling my CDs without permission or authorization. They are duplicating it themselves and pocketing any money. This also means no songwriting royalties get paid either! FRAUDSTERS!

Received damaged cd case. Wrote to them and sent photos and they agreed to send me a new case. 2 months later no case. Wrote to them, using the same email trail as before, showing details of what they had agreed to do. The person wrote back saying show us photos. Wrote to them again advising that we have already done that and asked for a manager to contact. Waiting to hear back. Will advise outcome on this review when I hear back. Advised them to read the email properly and to apply proper customer service so that customers aren't stuffed around.

In the Christmas season, they have a special sale whose name is SAVE10. You can save 10% when you proceed an order in the Christmas season. Also they can ship an item worldwide. Hello There I just bought Sister Act Blu-Ray. It arrived early which is great but the problem is The Blu-Ray will not play past the first 45 seconds then it freezes. I bought it from Amazon.ca hopefully they will refund my money...

This company is one of the worse retail businesses I've ever run across. I am the owner of two major radio stations. Most material we get directly from the labels, but having one station that features classic jazz occasionally we reach out and buy recordings from retailers to satisfy and meet our listeners expectations. EVERY TIME I have purchased items from Import CD's there are issues. First, it just took forever and the cases were always cracked (they just drop the CD in an envelope with NO PROTECTION WHATSOEVER, now the items we purchase don't even show up. There business ethics are so bad, I paid our attorney to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office.

THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER, AND NOT THINK TWICE. STAY FAR AWAY. AVOID!
