Received damaged cd case. Wrote to them and sent photos and they agreed to send me a new case. 2 months later no case. Wrote to them, using the same email trail as before, showing details of what they had agreed to do. The person wrote back saying show us photos. Wrote to them again advising that we have already done that and asked for a manager to contact. Waiting to hear back. Will advise outcome on this review when I hear back. Advised them to read the email properly and to apply proper customer service so that customers aren't stuffed around.

I have sent you an email stating that our CEO is having trouble reaching you at the phone number on your account. Please respond back with the best number to have him call you at again as he isn't able to get through.
Please also note that a full refund for the purchase price of the item has already been issued by the seller and proof of refund was provided via email last week.
