Prices for the products I buy can't be beat and the processing and shipping are extremely fast. I order multiple times a year and i am never disappointed.

Very fast service and item was brand new and as described.

Bit odd with sales tax being paid separate but it was a great deal.

Customer support verified that I was receiving the product that I was looking for.

I was able to call in to verify the product that I was ordering was correct and came with all of the components that I was expecting. Thankfully they were there to help as I needed to select a different part number to obtain the correct kit. Thank you!

Part I'd ordered was out of production. Customer service contacted me to see what I need it for. They contacted one of the involved manufacturers for me & made a suggestion for a replacement part. Shipped it that day & received it the next. Very good to work with.

The only concern was the FedEx delivery which ran 2 days late. Otherwise, it's what I ordered and was well-packaged and got here is good shape.

Sometimes it's difficult to search for something. Not everything shows a picture, and I feel the results are not specific enough.

We haven't used the product yet, just got delivered today
