I was so nervous about sending my videos in with imemories I ordered the box and hung on to it for 5 years! I finally got the nerve to send it and when I didnt get any communication I reached out to imemories and got IMMEDIATE RESPONSE!. They were emailing my ORIGINAL email! Way to keep me honest! I was amazed at the speed in which all of my videos came back and now have them tucked on a hard drive safe and sound. Hoping for Christmas my kids will get a charge out of some of these.
Did a wonderful job with my family videos. Wish the sound was better but they are 17 years old. Thanks a bunch.
We sent 30 tapes to Imemories and within two weeks we were enjoying our history. We found videos of grandparents and aunts and uncles who have all passed away and it was wonderful to see them all again. It was also great to watch my children grow up again.

If you're looking for a budget service this is not what you need. IMemories is priced high but delivers an excellent product and service.
You get what you pay for with these services and iMemories did not disappoint. You want be disappointed with the simple process and easy access to all your media memories.
I know that the tapes are old and some of them were not shot in a perfect or really good way, but I did expect for some of the static cut out. But I could watch most of them.
Fast turnaround on conversion. Good quality from 8 mm film (as good as can be expected from very old film). Convenient downloading of digital files.
The ordering and shipping process is easy. I like being able to log in and view the files, and can give family members access to do so.

The box came with clear instructions and all I had to do was fill it and drop it off. I was told when the received it and then I started to get my digital downloads emailed to me! When finished, they sent all 20 of my 8mm tapes back. I sent them a lifetime of irreplaceable memories and I'm so happy that I did.

I received and now I do not know what I can do with these memories. I would like to save on a stick, I would like to make pictures and an album, I would like to send the movies onto my computer and cell phone I would like to send some items to my kids.
