Imbuygold is working great for me until now, I've spent more than 200$ on their website since 2011, eveything is smoothly, fast support and delivery.
I have also reported them to several authorities for investigation. Same thing, out of stock, come back 8-10 hours... Cut and paste blah blah blah... Please email a manager... blah blah blah.
So, well see...
If the had a zero of 5 option then that's the one I would have chosen.

Was worried before the sale asked if they had stock available on my game server was promised they did. Bought the gold then right away started getting live chat spam that we are sorry out of stock can we have more time been waiting for gold or refund for 3 months now.
I'm always cautious when I see so many obvious fake/shill accounts posting the "5 star I love it reviews". Real honest companies don't need to use fake accounts for good reviews. They EARN THEM!

Same experience as previous post. They take your order and then repeatedly tell you they need more time to get your order together. Their site claims to have stock, but they do not. After 21 days, they are still telling me they will refund my money but they have not. imbuygold.com is a complete fake company and has no intention of providing anyone with any product. They just take your money through paypal and laugh all the way to the bank.
Do not buy gold here scam report your loss to pay-pal if they took your money you will get a refund. As I did heres the number pay-pal 1 *******161 if we can get enough complaints they will no longer be able to use pa-pal on there site
Ordered virtual gold from imbuygold.com (IMG Group Co.Ltd) and have only received multiple excuses from them as to why they could not deliver. Either the system is down, the gold is in demand, they don't have enough, their delivery account got banned, etc.
I have been given 3 different delivery times and each one has not occurred.
The website is a complete scam if you're looking for gold. They deliver to some people to retain some credibility. But overall, they will keep saying they do not have your order ready, with no intention of giving you gold.
It has now been 6 days and my gold has not been delivered. They keep giving me a runaround about how they're not in stock when their website said they were in stock. Their customer service number is ALWAYS a constant busy signal and their live chat reps are worthless. I e-mailed to cancel my order and never got a response, after two days of waiting.
The negative reviews are real. I ordered $20 worth of gold and 3 days later they will not even get on private chat with me. I was patient and polite, but no gold and they will not refund my money. Here's to hoping paypal will help with this. Just know that they will scam you for lower amounts of money also.

Don't believe the good reviews. This company sucks. Tells you items are in stock and they're not. Been DAYS and I'm still waiting for my order. Going to chargeback my card and hopefully recover the money. DO NOT BUY from these guys. No customer service, chat is a waste of time. BEWARE.
I purchased 40$ worth of WoW Gold, and a few other items. When they went to give me my items they cancelled the trade and logged off immediately. I used their chat service and the person I spoke with said he reported I received the gold and items. Told me there was nothing I could do about it and ended the chat. Literally choose anyone else out there.
Half of the people here giving them 4-5 stars are actually their employees, the names they post under are THE EXACT same as the ones their customer service uses in live chat. They are a giant scam guys, don't order from them. I ordered 20k gold about 3 weeks ago, and they kept telling me that they were out of stock and to come back in 12 hours. Now they end live chat on me immediately and they never reply to their emails.
I have used this web site over a year now. No difficulty what so ever, until today 10/27/2013. I had looked on my history of gold and spotted 2 entries that I did not make. There support number is non existent when I tried calling a number of times. I had to use there online chat. When I questioned them they said they had no record. But it shows up on my list. They argued with me and very rude. My recomendation is not to use this website.
