Anyone thinking of ordering from imaginegear. I ordered a pack from you on the 27th of feb. In hopes to get it by march 4th for a trip. Today is now March 3rd and the status still said processing... so i called this morning and talked to a very helpful gentleman. I asked about my order and he informed me that the order had been over looked. So i asked if there was anyway he could over night it to me so i can still get it for my trip. "Absolutely" was the welcomed response i got. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the very helpful solution to the mistake made, your customer service is 100%. Was about to press post and i got a call from imaginegear. He informed me it will be the morning of march 5 by 10am. Which is still good. Just shows how great the service is, most places would have just mailed it and let it show up when it does. I know mistakes happen to everyone out there. Its all about how you handle them and treat the customers. And imagingear is one of the best. I will be ordering from imaginegear next time i need new camping gear. Thanks again

I love this website! Everytime I am there to do business I get my package FAST! They send it out the day I order it. IF there is one thing I can say about these people at ImagineGear is they are FAST, FAST, FAST!
I found the best price online at imageinegear.com for a Hennessy Hammock and Snakeskin combo. I emailed them to make sure they had them in stock and they promptly replied, informing me that they were in stock and that my order would ship the next day. I placed the order and got my hammock in 5 days. I would definitely order from Imagine Gear again.
I really enjoyed the easy ways in which I was able to search the site. I could look up products by both brand name and by a specific category. They carry a wide variety of specialty products like Gransfors Bruks Axes, Hennessy Hammocks, Recon Sleeping Bags, and just about everything the outdoor enthusiast could possibly need. They also carry Bobby Jones Golf Clubs and a large selection of Golf Rangefinders. (Brands like: SonoCaddie, Bushnell, OnPar, and Leupold.) I was really looking for something a little more on a budget and found these really cool things called WetFire Tinder. They are little cubes that burn almost anywhere, including on top of water! So I bought some for a backpacking trip.
The Shipping was faster than any company I've ever dealt with and they offered me 5% off my next purchase, and also offer deals pretty often if you join their facebook page. So needless to say I was completely satisfied.
