Not very impressed with iHire
December 6, 2019

We are currently using Zip Recruiter, Indeed and iHire. Of the three services, ihire produces the very fewest candidates and even more importantly the least number of qualified candidates. I have spoke to an iHire representative and they were not very helpful. We are very disappointed in their service.

Is this a joke?
July 20, 2020

I posted 3 jobs for warehouse positions. Only one applicant actually lives in the US and doesn't even have the appropriate qualifications. I feel as though I have been taken.
I have worked in this industry for over 20 years and I have never experienced this before.
Very disappointing.

Frustrating
February 9, 2023

It's very frustrating that when a job comes up several as in other jobs pop up and then you have to go through all kinds of hoops just to get back to where you were trying to apply for a job. Very very frustrating.

Not what I expected
September 11, 2020

I was told that iHire was " not the same as Indeed because you actually get resumes pertain to what you are looking for." I received far less applicants than I was told I would receive and maybe 1 out of 10 matched what I was looking for. I would not use iHire again.

We have had very good service with reps right there to assist and support our effort. This is very much appreciated. Our inability to hire a dental hygienist is putting our office into a tailspin, however, so we continue to fight the good fight until we find the right person.

Finally able to get some good candidates where INDEED was not producing any results! Once we refined the skill set and added some brand info, we started to get some good applicants. Will continue to use in the future!

I'm conducting a job search and I found what I thought was a great match and clicked through to one of the ihire family of websites. When I tried to apply for the job I found out that I would have to pay for a membership in order to do so. Am I glad I checked for complaints on the business before giving my credit card info. There were many complaints of inproper charges.

I elected to try to contact the hiring company directly, which I was able to do. On the third call I reached, Wanda, the person who does the hiring company's job posting. Not only had she never posted on an ihire site, the posting was over a month old and had already been filled.

My recommendation to job searchers: be wary of ihire and paying for their services.

Another scam

Looking for a job go to your website and if you want to apply for a job you have to pay $1 if I'm unemployed how do you think I have a dollar every time you talk to her rap the only thing that happens is you have multiple college is calling you to go back to school no job false advertisement

Receiving daily resumes is great
December 6, 2022

We receive daily resumes. Most of them did not fit our bill. However we did receive a fantastic resume and were able to hire the candidate. It took a little time, however, we saved about $40.000 over using a tradtional employment agency.

Auto tech hire

Superior Product

Very Positive. This platform allows for a quick review of applicants and the ability to stay in contact as well as continue searching. We were able to secure our Executive Chef Position in California with a Chef from Oregon.

Heather is great!

The process is fine, but the lack of ability to
Contact anyone for follow up is a problem. Once you've been through the process you're in limbo for a long time. There should be a follow up
With interviewer feature.

Great Experience

I love working with iHire. They reach out to you immediately if you have any questions or need help with the website. I have just started with the company and Lisa is great and is willing to go above and beyond to help with any necessity that I need help with, and they also set up zoom meetings the same day if available. I have always been helped immediately with same day service. I definitely recommend this service.

I'm sorry, but with all the sites out there now, you can use those for free and find a job. I am on many sites and after going through this whole process and making a profile and adding my resume only to find out I have to pay to use it to even view a job! That's just ridiculous and so not worth it to me. I definitely would not use this site especially pay for it. With all the sites out there now I don't know why anybody would pay to use this site to find a job inless it's a miracle site that finds you a job right away. People are obviously looking for work so not everybody has the money to pay a site to find one. Sorry just really aggravated me.

When searching for a job, it's not a good idea to show a job total and partial description only to ask job seekers to subscribe to premium services. If I'm unemployed, your services are absolutely not helping me.
