I am smothered with job sites and the majority keep sending me the same opportunities over and over. And most aren't in the fields I'm qualified for. Honestly, I am so overwhelmed with sites that I would have to find what your agency has sent me. I delete 100 a day or it feels that way.
I am looking for an Insurance Adjuster role or Sales/Finance as these are the fields, I have worked in the past 40 years with great success.

This is the ultimate middle man of a website. They provide no actual service besides being a website you get to other websites from. As well they charge a ridiculous amount for postings that nobodys going to find or take seriously on this borderline scam of a website. Dont waste your money

When I signed up for iHire, I was under the impression there would be more applicants that Indeed. I have not found that to be the case. There are several that I have reached out to that are not even looking for a position currently. I feel like it is not as easy to use as I thought it would be and a lot of work for people who are not even looking for employment.

I had worked for the same company for 35 years and never really had a resume. Val and Sidney were great at writing and preparing a much better resume than I could put together on my own. I have applied for many jobs with that resume and have had employers reach out to me when looking at my resume. A great experience all around.

I had iHire completely remake my resume and I am beyond pleased with the result. I used both Indeed and iHire. Indeed posted the position immediately and I received many potential qualified candidates. I could easily read their resumes and letters of introduction if they included one. I could also go back to the email link of the candidate and retrieve the information I was looking for. IHire posted several days later. The ease of accessing potential candidates' resumes and applications was not as easy - it was cumbersome. However, the person I hired came from iHire - well qualified and seems to be a perfect fit for the position.

I had a situation when I lost my job. I actually didn't know what to do and the first idea which i had was to create a proper resume and then place my resume on specialized services, where employers choose new candidates for the particular posts. I guess that it was a great idea because I found this service immediately. It was the very first link in the search engine. So, I applied to this company and posted my resume around there. I found new occupation for couple of weeks and th was perfect. I still continue working in this company, big thanks to iHire.

I have been looking for a job for several months. I thought what the heck I'll try the premium for an couple of months and see what happens. I received 3 emails from different companies about a position within the first two weeks I was on premium. By the end of the month I was offered a job. Well worth the money.

First of all, Social Worker compensation is one of the most embarrassing in the nation for the degree, passion ect that is involved to be one. I HIRE charges to see name of a company? For job seekers. One review says its great how this site is serious and not transactional? It is criminally transactional to charge one dime to seek employment. No one should use this site. All of the other sites are 100% transparent with many helpful details about prospective available jobs. Use GLASSDOOR, INDEED and all the other reputable free, sites.

I loved using iHire. The staff is extremely helpful, especially since I consider myself to be a bit "high maintenance." They were patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I also loved the system. It took me a couple of tries to create the exact search I wanted, but once I got the hang of it, I had a number of resumes to review and we ultimately hired from the iHireInsurance candidate pool.

Hi there,
I gave iHire a try since I was told that you have a vast pool of clinicians that you target. I am recruiting for licensed clinical social workers and physicians. If you look at the first several candidates I received, they not even in the health field! I recommend that your systems gets deal breaker prescreening questions so employers can only received qualified people at least based on their answers. I did hire a much needed therapist in WDC so I was please that the result I needed in WDC happened. It felt lucky however given the rest of the applicant pool who were not even therapists. My feelings are mixed about the reliability of the results your search service can produce. Amanda has been amazing however and really helped me get my ads and company page set up so at least I knew I was doing the best I could on my end.

A key benefit of i-hire membership is receiving more targeted job notifications. I received fewer emails and leads but they were more tailored to my needs. I received a job offer for a position that I found and applied to through i-hire. If I need to look for another job in the future, I will re-subscribe.

What a scam! We contracted with them for 3 mos. The salesperson knew this and never told us that the contract self-renewed even though he knew that I ONLY wanted 3 mos of job posting. I posted one position and recd nothing even remotely qualified for the job. Stick with Indeed. They don't scam you with hidden self-renewals.
