Why should I have to pay to look for a job, I'm looking for a job to make money. You expect people to pay to view the job as well as apply for a job.

I was able to locate a great candidate for healthcare administration, but did not get any interest from dental experienced candidates.

For example, an applicant with experience and skills relating to Patient Coordinator positions may still apply for a position posted on iHireDental even if they have no direct dental experience unless the job ad itself mentions that as a requirement.
