The service provided was extremely quick and reliable. Shine, my live customer service represenative was able to assist me with all of my questions and answered them with precision and professionalism that I have not experienced in the past from other sites. I will continue to use this company for services that are required and would certainly reccommend IGXE to my friends or anyone that may need such services.

It took around 3 hours for delivery of my 16k gold and the livehcat i traced there ip was in america but the phone call is from some1 in china, so they could be bouncing the ip address but very unlikly. Anyways good
In contrast to some of the disreputable gold vendors (e.g. power-level.net or ssegold.com), igxe.com is great. They honestly tell you if they have the gold in stock and they give you realistic delivery times. I've ordered 10,000 gold on two different occasions. The first time, delivery occurred in 15 minutes (um... WOW!), and the second order, delivery occurred over three days. On the second order, the live chat was totally honest and told be what was going on and when things would happen. They even mailed the final amounts rather than call me at 3 A.M. (think power-level.net for that treat). Luv 'em.
Powerlevelling-wise I'm very disappointed with IGXE.
*Used to level a character on World of Warcraft
They did call me almost immediately after I placed my order, which I will give them props for. However the person that spoke to me was almost inaudiable and their English was limited. After it was confirmed, I asked on the Live Chat when the powerlevelling process would start, they said 7-8 hours. Nearly 15 hours later it finally started.
The time they quoted me to level my character from 60-70 was 3 days and 8 hours. After day one the character was 64, I was quite impressed. However on Day 2 they managed 66. Day 3 and 8 hours they're 67.
Now they have been playing for 24 hours straight, and it has been almost 4 days. They're still level 67. Not to mention the entire time grinding has been spent in only two places, well below my characters level. I had a look through some of their reviews, and most have been positive so I've been a bit confused. However I have found several people with a similar experience as mine, saying that their account has been suspended because the powerlevellers have been grinding gold in these lower level places then trying to sell it.
I've asked twice for my order to be cancelled, and both times I have gotten the same response. "Yes, but i can't decide this. Plz check back in 2 hrs for the powerleveller to be here". It's been more than 2 hours.
Hopefully I will have some luck in the next hour or so.
Sorry, long rant is long:)
Personally I would not advise using their powerlevelling service.
I think IGXE is a good virtual currency company. They have excellent customer service and their delivery is so fast. Every time they can make me feel satisfied.
Excellent service, leave me a most pleasant impression.
May the site be more successful!
I have used IGXE for all my gold buying needs, the order code is *******. They are always safe and speedy, with the best prices around. Keep up the good work for us poor wow players.
Hey! I've wanted you to know that Luis does a nice work and realy friendly. On all questions her gives an answer and he doesnt need a long time for that.
I also got no problems to talk to him and i understand all words he writes. Keep up the good work with your nice supporter.
The same thing has happened to me as the guy above, asked for my driveing licence with everything but the name address covered. I refused so they then said i could not have the item requested although they have my credit card details then went on to say it will take 48 hours for refund... unsure where to report this but will be informing my bank Abbey which says it has a 24 hour phone line for reporting this but is some how closed
Bah
This website tried to scam me. I ordered a cd key with my credit card, then recieved a message saying they need a government id or passport to confirm this. Why would they need a government ID to confirm I am who I say I am when they can't see me. Even after they called me, verified my e-mail, billing address, name, they started asking personal questions about my job, my wife, and still requesting a drivers license. I would like to know how I can report this site for scam and potential ID theft.
Answer: Don't buy lucky money from IGXE! This is a cheater company. They robbed me of my money. I am now still in dispute with them on PayPal.
