I paid for a ffxiv heavensward CD key for computer, they sent me one that is not for my region so I couldnt use it. I requested a refund and they told me they will give me a new key after they sell the one they gave me. I told them no I just want my money back that this was a huge hassel after 3 days of back and forth with them. This was august 11th. After 2 weeks they still have not given me a working CD key or a refund. If I could rate a company 0 they would get 0. Scam! They have scammed me out of $30. Dont do it! Stay far away from this site.

I have order gold from IGXE, its been a week and I have not received the gold ordered. I have requested compensation for the gold lost due to AH items placed that expired, but they ignore the issue. I have requested a refund, but they ignore that as well. I have tried to contact them, but their online chat and phone number does not work. WATCH OUT FOR IGXE, they are very very BAD! I will be taking this further and will spam site to report them as a SCAM website.

I'm sorry, It seems the 5 stars are probably IGXE staff posting. I am still waiting after 7 days for a Platinum delivery that is meant to include to set's of compensation for the fiasco over the previous 2 orders and they now say they can only deliver if I make a further purchase. Don't get suckered in by these bunch of thieves. They will complete the first couple of orders ASAP, but as they reel you in the service will drop off till it is almost non existent. Is there a governing body I can go to about my issues with this FRAUDULENT company. If this was a normal High Street shop they would be out of business and the owners charged with fraud.

I purchased PL, gold and blacksmithing. I get a call at 4am to log in and receive blacksmithing items. I explain power leveling is currently happening and lets wait unitl that is completed. Igxe did not listen to me. My account was banned, account was changed. I had to recover the account and reviewed the items. Did receive everything I purchased. Contacted Igxe and requested refunds on both order ******* and *******. I have been hung up on twice and online support does delays stating need to get with developer or power leverler. This has been going on for a week. I filed a complaint with BBB and disputed charges with credit card company. Now my account is permanently banned. Not safe or secure. BUYER BEWARE. Unethical business

Basically a scam... they take the real money from you with promises of a firm timeframe of delivery of your gold, then delay after delay, excuses after excuses...

In the end, real money out of your pocket and no delivery of anything, even though they make you do "this and that" like placing items on neutral auction house, placing another item on horde/alliance auction house etc etc...

DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY on these scammers.

Buyer beware, I tried this site out for the hell of it, never bought gold before for any MMO, well I paid 40.00 for 3000 gold, I received the gold about 5 minutes later, then 2 hours later Trion removed the gold from my account. Stay away from these guys they sell dirty gold and their suppliers are not legite. After all that all they can offer me is an 8,00 voucher ( like I would use them again) and 1000 gold ( I am sorry, I believe I paid for 3k) and they call this fair compensation. I bought a simple 10k for a game for 11 bucks no biggy. So I go and head to bed and get a phone call saying log in at 1am... so I go log into the game and some player comes up to me I assumed the delivery like it said was going to be VIA the Auction house but he opened trade with me. Said item item put item in window. So i kinda remember putting a bomb in there and him saying 10k yes I said yes and I am prity dam sure I hit accept the next day after work I log on and I only have 2 gold on my toon... Not to mention I DIDNT even have 2 gold on it brand new toon. And I am on day 3 now and keep geting walked around and they keep trying to blame it on a the Game company. If a Game removes farmed gold your going to recive a Email, A account ban, A violation of agreement report. Not just suddenly have product missing from your account. They offer currency and some how re obtain it from you.

Ok honestly, look@ the majority of the positive reviews for IGXE they read like they were written by someone who can't speak english. I bet you 70% of them are written by a employee or affiliate of IGXE.

Those are quotes from the first 3 5star reviews for this company on this very page. Look through them they are all broken english. Anyways I have had alot of good experiences with IGXE but a few very bad ones. Just recently though, I bought 50k plat on EQ classic cost about $300 because it was on a progression server. They said they needed a copy of my ID to confirm my identity. I said I've never heard of that before and i refuse to do it. So I asked them to cancel the order, they said it ha never been charged because it wasn't a confirmed ordered. I go look on my online banking the money had been taken. Go back and talk to the customer rep, they were very short with me told me outright they didn't remove any money and told me to take it to my credit card issuer or some Global Credit company... I had my online banking open the entire time without question they took the money now they refuse to return it. Sadly consumers like us have little protection against this because what we are paying for isn't tangible goods.

Powerlevelling-wise I'm very disappointed with IGXE.
*Used to level a character on World of Warcraft
They did call me almost immediately after I placed my order, which I will give them props for. However the person that spoke to me was almost inaudiable and their English was limited. After it was confirmed, I asked on the Live Chat when the powerlevelling process would start, they said 7-8 hours. Nearly 15 hours later it finally started.
The time they quoted me to level my character from 60-70 was 3 days and 8 hours. After day one the character was 64, I was quite impressed. However on Day 2 they managed 66. Day 3 and 8 hours they're 67.
Now they have been playing for 24 hours straight, and it has been almost 4 days. They're still level 67. Not to mention the entire time grinding has been spent in only two places, well below my characters level. I had a look through some of their reviews, and most have been positive so I've been a bit confused. However I have found several people with a similar experience as mine, saying that their account has been suspended because the powerlevellers have been grinding gold in these lower level places then trying to sell it.
I've asked twice for my order to be cancelled, and both times I have gotten the same response. "Yes, but i can't decide this. Plz check back in 2 hrs for the powerleveller to be here". It's been more than 2 hours.
Hopefully I will have some luck in the next hour or so.

Personally I would not advise using their powerlevelling service.

I bought an item from them which they never delivered and actively avoided me when I tried to make contact. First of all, their live-chat is a scam, you will never get through. I sat 7 hours as "Only 1 customers in front of you" and sent three mails - none reponded to them. Second, their landlines are all "closed" except one. I tried calling this, but the hung up on me 11 times, before some woman came to tell me that the item would be delivered within the next few hours. 10 hours later I got nothing, and I tried adding them on skype where i got the same message "sorry sir, but item is not in stock, will come in few hours". Complete bull$#*!. After this I was blocked on skype and could not contact them anymore here. Finally, I called again after the online order status was updated to "Ready for delivery, waiting login". I was then told that THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK PLZ WAIT A FEW HOURS.

This site is complete bull$#*!, the WORST customer service I have ever met and they are 100% in here to scam you and take your money. Do not buy from these guys. Please dont.
