$#*!ing $#*! dont buy bought a Fortnite account got taken back. Tbf it was FA but its all cracked accounts dont buy also support is so dumb and very non professional.
I never signed up with this site but got charged $78.00 & than BOA Charged me a INT"L Fee afterwards & they don't have a customers service number to directly get in contact with if that doesnt scream scam idk what does they showed up on my card history but "they can't find me in their records" as i was looking at the history on my laptop and they wanted to know my card info and wanted a screenshot of my bill history im currently trying to get a hold of my bank to dispute the charge and block them and report the sites activity
Recently was banned from 2k23 on 7/20/23 after buying from site. And then they wiped my account where I couldn't see my previous transaction so I could report it
No way to contact anyone at the company with a seller who refuses to complete my order or refund my $$$. The company is a rip off. Please complain directly to godaddy.com for providing them service.

Long story short i bought TBC WoW gold and the seller got the information wrong, i spent 85 dollars and still havent recieved the gold after 12 days, ive spoken to 20+ support agents, multiple managers and the issue even went game directors. And they still cant get the seller to complete my order.

I bought a Fortnite account for over 60 EUR which came fully with its linked e-mail address. It was a Russian webmail service address which I found very suspicious. The access worked fine and I immediately removed any linked accounts and reset all passwords (in Fortnite and for the lined mail account). The account worked exactly for 7 days (the warranty of iGVault) and on the 8th day the account didn't work anymore and was reset. Most likely either stolen back by the seller somehow or recovered by the original owner. IGVault is not helping and the money is lost. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! Beware!
These are chinese scammers. If you buy an account from their site it will be stolen from you within 10 days. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They have a 7 day guarantee policy and literally on the 8th day my account was hacked, stolen, and they wouldn't refund me or do anything to help me. STAY AWAY.

Tried to log-in today on my bought th15 accountthat was purchased through IGV. Then as I try to access it and log in the game, I get an error saying. "Supercell ID login expired. Please login again". In order to have access I need a 6 digit number. Go to log into the email with the password given upon purchase, to find out it doesn't work anymore. I go to IGV to speak with someone for help, they basically said because it's over a year and passed warrently, we can't help you... Completely appalled by this lack of, "contact support". Wasted HUNDREDS on the account then once I can't use the account anymore they decide to use, "policy" as a way to justify this SCAM. Anyone reading this, don't BUY accounts from IGV, you'll be a victim of a scam like I was. Contact support is USELESS! Would rate 0 if I could that's how terrible the customer service is. Buy from somewhere else, not this pile of SCAM garbage.
Somebody bought crap through this company using my card. I have proven it wasn't me. After 78 F*^King emails they still won't refund. I have spoken to my bank AND the federal police and they STILL say it's going to take 5-7 days for refund THEN blame my bank for it not clearing. THEY TOOK MY MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY THEY CAN'T REFUND IT STRAIGHT AWAY. Do not go anywhere this company. I have received emails from Lithuania. And now China ALL SAYING THE SAME THING. In game mail is flagged by blizzard. Lost my account. Requested my gold be delivered through in game transfer or auction house, but they ignored my request.
I bought a League account from them for £70, they said you get 15 days cover for the account if anything happens. Conveniently yesterday in the evening when I wasnt near a computer, the account gets requested back by the original owner im assuming, so now the account is locked/banned I dont know, IGVault say 'there is nothing we can do as your 15 days expired at midnight and we have paid the seller'. And infact they are lying, I got the account on the 20th of Necember, its now the 05th of December, they are trying to include that FIRST DAY where I had the account for less then 6 hours as my first day of cover
What rubbish is this? If they know the account is being taken back, I have evidence showing the requests for a password reset (which is probably them themselves, I mean the email was a chinese email) I had changed the email to my own and everything, yet someone can still request this account back? How pointless is buying an account if we have zero protection from these people
After the Garantie gets timed off the account data was changed and you cant logging in anymore. The Account Owner wrote his Account got hacked. So they Sell hacked Accounts! Dont Buy there pure Scam!

They asked for I.D. to complete the sale and then openly refused to deal with me because my I.D. said I was transgender. Company is a disgrace do not deal with.

Answer: I bought a Lol account on this website, they didn't provide me the alternative email that the seller used so he was able to ticket to riot and have back the account I bought. Completely fraud, customer service sucks, DON'T DO MY SAME ERROR, NEVER BUY AN ACCOUNT ON THIS SHIT SCAM WEBSITE.
