I really enjoy buying game from this site, their service is amazing! I recommend this site to every gamer.

I purchased a Genshin account 6 weeks ago, spent countless hours on it since, and easily spent £1,000-£2,000 on it and I've just logged in on my PlayStation and realised it was different and not how I left it.

The accounts had its email and password changed, but I can still get in via my PS because it's linked to the account.

Long story short, the original owner of the account had it stolen, the thief then sold it to me, and now I have no rights to the account, and I've lost all that time and money.

Even if you buy an account and log in successfully, you probably will never get to keep that account, it's just a waiting game until the original owner gets Hoyoverse to return it to them.

I just contacted iGVault's customer support, not even for a refund, but to just ban the seller (Name: Best Price Store) and block them from making new accounts. She refused, saying it's their policy to not do absolutely anything after the "warranty" is over. They won't even protect their customers from having their money stolen by these thieves? She actually suggested I try contacting the thief?!

I wouldn't give iGVault a moment of your time let alone any of your money for this reason. They don't protect their customers, but protect their sellers who are known thieves.

Be smarter than me people.

IGVault scammed me off €2, which I genuinely find pathetic. Ordered 2k21 MT with a delivery time of 24 hours, seller never delivered - IGVault did everything they could to defend this "seller" (scammer), including cancelling my refund for no apparent reason, giving me a grand total of 24 hours to dispute the order before making it "unavailable". The seller literally took 5-6 days to answer but I only get 24 hours?

The website tells you to contact the seller before starting a dispute, and then completely disables the option to dispute the order if the seller doesn't answer in 24 hours. Seems like protecting a blatant scammer to me at least.

Also, the "customer support" (if it can even be called support) is absolutely subpar, for lack of a better term. Their e-mail responses were on average about 10 words long, just telling me to "check the order" over and over again. Absolutely no help to the point in which it's blatantly obvious that they're willing to go as low as scamming someone off such an insignificant amount.

Overall, I'd really stay away from this website - I can't 100% conclude that the overall website is a scam but you bet that if a seller scams you, they'll do anything they can to protect them instead of their customers.

Coins ordered, access data passed on to IGVAULT, when I logged in again afterwards, my FUT team was sold empty and 146k coins and 150 FIFA points were gone - But the best is coming now, the IGVAULT support team offered me that the seller (Jeck_Sparrow) will give me a 100k bonus if I buy coins from him again! I haven't seen such incredible impertinence in a long time! And of course, the seller has not been banned but continues to pursue his criminal activities on the IGVAULT Platform

Now as league of legends player i bought a lvl 30 account just for me to play two games and get perma banned from the account cuz it was upped by bots so i go to the guy ask him nicely to either refund or give me an account that IS NOT upped by a bot so that it doesen t get banned again, so he takes a full day to respond and give me another BOT made account and tells me i need to play 10 intro games before going into ranked so i do it and spend a whole day on it so now its been three days i paid for an account and haven t been able to play a proper game yet, so this morning i play two ranked games and get perma banned again and now he wont even respond to me anymore DO NOT buy anything there cuz igvault isnt safe enough or regulated enough to refund u without the agreement of the seller!

This is really bad customer service from you. REALLY BAD. I have waited more than 2 weeks for something that should be delivered directly. I have patiently waited all this time, but still you manage to $#*! this up more. You say it is delivered when it isnt so i have to go to your livechat wich is $#*!ing impossible to communicate with. They say i will get a new delivery but never send any. I have been in this chat for almost 2 hours and they still have not recived my package. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I would never recommend this to anyone, worst site i have ever visited.

The account was super good and all the skins everything I was so happy but I then left the computer alone cause my older brother wanted to play csgo on it. My brother then said my name and told me. "the account just logged out" So then I wasl ike "wtf" So I typed in the password I had changed for hacking issues and it was incorrect. PLEASE GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK. WHOEVER SOLD THE ACCOUNT TO ME CLEARLY CHANGED THE EMAIL AND PASSWORD SO THAT I COULDN'T GET IN. FUN FACT THE PERSON WAS ONLINE THE DAY BEFORE TOO. I WAS CRYING ON THE FLOOR CAUSE I ALWAYS WANTED THIS ACCOUNT BUT NOW IT DOESN'T WORK. PLEASE GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK. THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY I WAS SO HAPPY PLEASE. I TRIED THE PREVIOUS PASSWORD. A scandal. A scam. What else can I say? So the story is, I bought a league of legends account on this website for a bunch of money(200 euros or so). I forgot exactly because it was in 2020. Anyway, after 3 months, the seller got his account back from riot support and scammed me. So I contact the igvault support by email and they basically tell me that the warranty is only 3 months and that they can do nothing to me. So basically after 3 months the seller can recover his account and screw you. After a lot of talking, they only gave me the email of the guy who selled me the account and told me to just contact him. I did but of course he doesnt answer since then lol Anyway, I contacted them again and again and again and they are so unprofessional, they reply to me with 3 words and they basically tell me to just go screw myself, and then they tell me that the warranty only lasts 7 days (after saying it was 3 months). These scammers so scammed me and talked to me unprofessionally for years now, never deal with them again. Beware people. I got everything on proof, especially their scandalous emails sent to me. 100% a scam and they always side with the seller. This is what happens. You get the login info, then the seller will steal back the account. Obviously the seller is a scammer and will do nothing you. This is where you just lose your money. I'm going through this now and disputing it with my bank and lawyer. AVOID THIS SITE!
