Spent over $150, got nothing but total garbage. I bought a CoC (clash of clans) account and when i logged on, i was greeted with the welcome message and a townhall 1 account. (supposed to be townhall 12). When i asked for a refund 30 minutes later, they REFUSED and stole my $150. The site is full of little kids that jizz their pants when they scam someone, they literally dont have a job and all they do is scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I've been fodded off all day from 3 o clock ure website wasn't allowing me to log in on my normal acc so I tried another and it didn't work it wanted me to sign up so I did with a random email not even real pressed save password purchased coins contact email? I put my real email and then I used the same bank card as I did yesterday today I spoke to fiona who didn't really help as she contacted the seller forwarded the bank card I used to do buy the coins then she said she sent them the seller if there correct they will email me had no email so went back in then she wanted pictures of transaction which I provived yet now I have to wait for a manger if u was any kind of legit sight u would see u have been sent money and not complete the coins so how isn't that showing u did I just send u 6 quid to keep? End off the seller is Don seller

A complete scam. I bought a subscription for 6 months, with 7 days warranty from the seller. At the end of the 7th day, the seller changed the password so that I could not use the subscritption and IGV says that the warranty is over, the seller did not even read my messages. All messages between me and IGV are available...

They did not even allow me to rate the seller!

I bought a valorant account to be able to play with my friends. After 1month ish someone kept getting into it even if I changed password. I contacted support etc and they told me they would contact him and that he would get banned. 3 days went by, he kept playing on it, deranking it, afking on it etc. I reached out again and they told me they would urge him to respond to me. Even if they told me at the start they would bann if him if he didnt stop playing on it. And they take 0 responsibility since the 7 days have passed, which they mention in every message they send. There were also reviews on this seller that this has happend to plenty and yet he has over 30 accounts for sale, so they do not care about scammers, its probably one of themselves who is doing this. Third world country ppl just amaze me.

Ordered 3 million coins, it tells me that it got delivered and i didnt recieve nth from them, i waited 5 days now, they actually told me their manager is in weekend so i waited after the weekend for the coins and then after that i did not got anything, i literally contacted their support more than a hundred time they same the same thing over and over again. I never recommend anyone to use it. Absolute scam website. Im actually talking to the support site, they are telling me to wait and thats it. Bet by the end of the day they will tell me to wait till twm. Screw this website lost alot of money for this

I bought an account on here a couple months back, and everything went smoothly for a bit, but after a couple months the seller took the account back. Now, if this sh1t wasn't already p1ssing me off, I contacted their support, who gave me the bullsh1t answer "Oh we can't help, warranty is over", and just being d1cks siding with the seller. I eventually hassled them enough and got to their manager, who took over TWO WEEKS to see my email, and he pretty much said the same thing as support. Got the account right away with full access to the email. Every Item was there like in the shown pictures Was able to change things and enable 2FA. Now lets hope it stays

Many People are saying Igvault is safe. And partially it is true, because if you just buy money for your game or other little stuff it is ok.
I bought a Account and after just 1 month i cant log in to my Account my Email was not longer registred and the support gives a **** about my problem, cause out of guarantee.
Funny thing is that i just got hacked shortly after gurantee:)
Support cant write or speak english or german.
So Guys please dont buy anthing from there.

PS: i also tried to make "forgot password" but mojang doesnt response, cause they changed the email

PS PS: Just for you to know. They write a rating and it looks like you wrote it but you dont wrote it. You cant delete or edit it. (look Picture). You really think i would give a good rating without testing it and after getting scammed i wont change it? THEY WRTIE THEIR OWN RATINGS. How sad could this sh*t website be pls... dont trust them

Was told it would be a 6 hour wait. I waited 6 days all up. Still didn't receive the product and was always told to keep waiting for someone to help me. Scamming dogs, don't use them!

Many scam seller and the site wont give you any help on that.
I've bought an account there and after many evidence that I gave to the support, they avoid the question of: "can i have my refund pls"

So i have had 2 reviews with IGVAULT the first one is where I bought a league of legends account and a month after buying it the user stole it back from me and when I spoke to the website they simply said that its out of the warranty time and they refused to do anything for me (account costed 130 euros)

Second account which was today I bought it but the seller gave me the wrong account info so after talking to the support they froze the payment and said I'm not eligible for a refund for the next 48 hours, why is that? I didn't even receive my order so after checking the terms of service it states (I'm eligible for a refund if I did not receive the order) so after showing that to the customer service they denied it and refused to refund me... what a scam site that let scammers roamf freely inside

Please please please stay away from this site entirely. I completely acknowledge that it was my mistake even trusting in the first place so I ask that you don't make the same mistake as me. I bought an account for an absurd amount of money (once again I take responsibility for this), and right after the warranty period ended, the account was hacked back and I lost all access to it. I attempted to contact igvault support and they just kept telling me their "manager" would get back to me - they then came back over 2 weeks later saying that they couldn't do anything since they already paid the seller and warranty period (7 days) was over! I have also tried contacting the seller over 50 times and have not gotten a single reply - keep in mind that this seller had THOUSANDS of reviews with a 98% positivity rate. PLEASE PLEASE don't make the same mistake as me and just save yourself some money.

I was skeptical at first about buying game gold online, but IGVault completely changed my perception. Their website is safe and secure, and the gold I received was exactly as described.

Be aware of this site. Seller stole the account and the money. This site didn't even care. If you don't want to lose the money don't use the site. There are betters.

1 star, the company scammed me for 150 euros, tried to get it back trough livechat but they refused, i reported them to the hong kong police and filed a report to godaddy.com (there host)

They barely speak any english in the livechat, NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE.! I repeat dont do it!

The seller says can't do anything of the acc and you should go do Refund and i want my money back
And i can't login or anything to the acc and i want my money back i need someone to contact me
