Very bad experience about useless support, and stupid rule, liar and scam seller can reply any random word without any proof and refund deal will never end, purchased 7 day ago Fortnite account for test this platform and still stuck with scam seller, support just reply evertyime wait his another scam words with no prooofs, Fortniters dont deal in this platform, bad rate, be avoid

I'm be scam with the seller Sigma. The command: SO************** and I talk with a live agent. He don't want to be refund me directly while I be scammed (so he's in the side of the scammer). He want I talk with the scammer but I can't. Really not a good experience. 250$ in the trash. And I speak with iGV support on discord, he really in the seller side. Really don't buy in this website if you not want to be scam and you want a refund!

I placed an order for a gold 2 league account from this seller "Turbosmurfs" I received the info instantly they sent me an email called yopmail, a username and a password but when I went to type all of this info in none of it worked. I tried to go to the league website and recover the password or something but NOTHING was being sent to the email address they provided me. Then I saw that there was an email in the inbox that said that the account info was changed 3 days before I even purchased it. When I told this seller what happened they tried to pull one over on me and said "No the account info was changed 15 minutes AFTER you bought the account" lollll what? Thank god they left that email in there to show the info was changed 3 days prior to me purchasing the account or I would have been screwed out of my money. They go "oh that's weird did you want another account?" so after they failed to scam me they gave me another account that was banned 3 days later for "botting" and "leveling by botting". After they gave me the new account I went in and changed the info and stuff to make it my own as I didn't foresee any issues arising. There's a 45 day warranty on this purchase so when I let them know that it was banned from them botting they said that I needed to change the login username back to what they provided me with but when I tried it said "username is unavailable as it is being used in another region" (In China because that's where they make their accounts it says it in the settings on league I can still sign in through the website to see info) So basically I'm assuming what they do is once they sell this account to you and you change your info they recycle that username and password and sell it to the next person so once/if your account gets banned they'll be able to say that you cant give them the proof that they want by changing it back to the original username (that they already sold to the next person) and sorry no refund! I guess that explains why they sold me an already purchased account in the first place. This is wild. The company hardly speaks english they truly don't understand or care about anything going on and they're siding with the seller because I can't change the username back even though I've shown them that the summoner name is still the same as the one provided to me on that account. Just a warning for anyone that's thinking of using them.
