Lords is a well thought out game, including how to get you to spend money. I have 2 accounts, one of which I have spent a considerable sum of money on. I wanted to move the accounts to different email addresses. The account where I spent no money was done pretty much straight away. The other account is now 6 months later and I have been told I can't prove I am the owner despite providing payment records, travel records, creation information, account details, etc.
The customer service does not appear to read the content of emails sent to them. The complaint email address never responded.
I would seriously recommend not spending money on this game. Should you ever want to do anything with your account, the so-called service will be obstructive and not at all helpful.
Shame that the service has totally ruined my experience.

They won't let you own your own castle. I used to buy packs every week, play daily, keeping my troops and resources safe. But lately, there were so many maintenance, which somehow opened up my shield, even if it suppose to have 13 hours left. I've sent the proof to the CS, but he was just playing dumb and said sorry. And it's not just once. I also heard IGG SCAMMING old players, like the YouTube worthy prince. Well, I won't be that surprised. I hope you guys stay as wise as possible before paying anything. Careful guys.

The site is filled with people who bully and stalkers. It sounds crazy but it is true. Igg is filled with people who are on the site around the clock and they split their time between playing and searching out other players to abuse. It is not about poker for these individuals. They are predators. They sit and watch tables to see what people say and gather information about them.
They use foul language and can abuse people even when they are not sitting at the table playing with them. They do something referred to on the site as "talking from under the table" and they will text non stop abusing some poor player the entire game, ruining it for everyone. The bullies have driven away most of the nice players so it takes forever to fill a table. If you are a normal person who wants to relax a few hours a week playing a game, do not play on this site!

Played Texas holdem poker deluxe vip for years, no real problems. Annoying drops from turneys loosing buy in fees, sometimes xxx photos to delete and bots to identify and avoid. Two weeks ago I logged in as always and my account was gone. Started me as a new player as of that day. Contacted support, they said "gmail" log in issues due to gmail. After answering all of their questions, they assured me that they would be able to get me back to the old account id. All lip service, excuses, no action on this simple request.

Before I purchased a premium item in IGG's mobile game "Lords Mobile", I asked Lords Mobile Customer Service a question regarding the details of the premium item.

After receiving a satisfactory answer from them, I purchased the premium item. But after I purchased it, I found that it is not what they told me before. In other words, they gave me wrong information and misled me into purchasing an unwanted premium item.

I asked them for changing the premium item to equal-valued premium items. But they refused to do that.

They refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I think that's unethical. And I suggest staying away from that company (IGG).

Asking underage girls to send them nudes. They wont listen to reports and when they accidentally charge twice of your purchase they wont give your money back...

I met with accident and i did not open the game for 6 months. After i recover from hospital, when i opened the game. I surprised i couldn't find my p2p account. Though i have all purchase details of my account from the beginning. I played for 2 years. When i talked to IGG they asking for 6 months of transaction, which i dint have. May be IGG scam me. They srew me. So dont trust this game. I have all the transaction of 2 years which is not helpful to them. They all r cheaters

IGG took money out of my account without my say and refused to return it I have tried to report it stolen and BMO refused it. My card has already been reported stolen too!

Legend heroes in total 49 i talk just about rolling heroes.
If you roll 10 time if they have 1% to get heroes its mean 1 legend.
Bull$#*! IGG scamming you all.
They say random ok try 3 friends roll same time and 100 % first 4-5 heroes roll you not get Legend heroes.
Because that not random all acc have a system depends who how mouch rolled if free player or if spenders then more harder to get Legend heroes.
REPORT THEM TO GOOGLE FOR SCAMMING
