I like I fly first class because I have a dedicated agent that I always use. I was always checking the prices online and then comparing them with what they offer me, no I don't do that anymore because I am confident they are finding me the best deal. I just send a text message to Dimitri with what I am looking for and he sends me what he has, he has my card on file, he know my meal preference, my seats requirement, my global entry- everything. So, I don't worry about anything else. I don't even check my etickets or confirmation anymore. I just tell him to book and go to the airport on the date of travel. Very convenient.

I want to say thank you for my experience with Dimitry. My assistant forgot to book my flight, somehow and I arrived to the airport only to find out I have no seat booked. All prices at this point was absolutely ridiculous and I was getting exceedingly anxious because I had to be be in Europe the nest day. While searching for some coupon code or promotion online I found I FLy First Class ad online. Dimitry was very efficient, he said I should give him 5 minutes and he will get me on the flight. He called me right back and said he got me a seat for the price that was 2 times cheaper then what airline was selling it to me. It was such a good deal. I waited for about 10-15 minutes more and he sent me my eticket and I was on my way. I will now be using his service for all my travels and already recommended him to my colleagues.

A friend of mine recommended me to use this company for our family trip to Asia few years ago. We had family flying different dates and from different cities, so it was a little messy. Bianca, the agent I am working with, help us arrange everything and advised us on a cheaper routes and dates and even suggested for us to stay in one more place for a couple of nights on the way back which we enjoyed. I am using her service ever since, I think for 3 years now and always have a pleasant service.

I've been using couple of different similar service companies, however, was disappointed that once you booked your ticket you are on your own basically. If I needed to change something it would take few days to get a response,especially during the weekend. I eventually did my research and found this company based on a pretty good customer rating. And I can agree with everyone else that their level of service is the highest. Even if I am in Europe and need to make some changes I am always getting help within few hours. They are always trying to accommodate my need even though I fly a lot and consider myself a complicated customer. I am very satisfied for now and hope to continue working with them.
