We have purchased the IFB Dishwasher from Vijay Sales Bhosari, but they have delivered faulty machine. After delivery IFB demo person gave importance to sale expensive products only. He did not bring salt, rinse and powder. Just bring only expensive tablets, water softener... And did not gave demo for usage of all three items though we were interested to purchase salt, rinse and powder.

Later as suggested by Vijay sales's sales person and with the help of youtube we started usage of dishwasher.

Initially the salt indicator did not went off though added salt with 1ltr water. Service person did not checked and asked to wait for one month to check once salt is finsihed. After one month salt indicator not blown and we added salt again as utensils came out with white spots... We asked service person to clean chamber and check the salt indicator but he denied and asked to wait for one month again...
After one and half month still indicator not blown and salt finished completely from chamber. Now he declared that the there is issue.
Now as the machine is faulty since starting g so we are looking for replacement. But regional manager denying for replacement as the machine is old from 2024,though the machine is faulty since starting and there has been issue from service person.
The whole process is very frustrating.

We got to know that the salt sensor is not working in machine. We requested service person and also raised the ticket for same but waiting for sales person since last four days.

Do not go with IFB products, I purchased IFB dishwasher though I was heard about this pathetic service before purchasing dishwasher. Now I regret...

My parents have IFB washing machine and machine was working fine. There is only some water leaking from tap issue so they called IFB washing machine technician. He told my parents to replace some parts and gave 6000 quote. Once he opened it,he insisted to replace more parts and done repairs in *******
Now after repairs,washing started leaking water. My parents called many couple of times and each time you guys charged 800 for service. Your technicians broke working washing machines and charged 10,000 and now still want more money. This is the worst customer service 😒 ever
I would like to raise this problem to IFB service manager or supervisor.

Service engineer visits on Saturday 27.07.2024, and says for error of INTC, part needs to be replaced and shall come with part on 29.07.2024,@6:00 pm, post which everyone is quiet and we are awaiting service engineers on Monday 29.07.2024, he does not visit nor answers the call made on his mobile numbers *******294. So we call up customer service number on 30.07.2024, we are told we will look into it and things will be attended shortly. But no calls and nothing, so we call up customers support on 31.07.2024, customer support agent Deepa says we will get back shortly in 2 hours.

So guys need you think, if you have Patience post spending *******/- on washing machine IFB executive one…

What's app connect of IFB is poor…

I ordered IFB washing machine of 7 kg, and after I received the delivery at my home, till that day now it is 4 days gone, installation is not yet done. While purchasing, I have requested Reliance digital executive that I need Demo on Sunday and they agreed, but when IFB executive called me for Demo, he says that they have weekly off and they done provide service on Sunday, After doing some concall, with the service manager of Reliance Digital IFB person agreed to come between 5PM to 6PM. Then we went out for some household task, for 2 hours at 1 PM. Then at 3:30 IFB executive called that he is at my society which is before the time committed. Then I told him that I am nearby, I will be coming within 10 mins, but within 10 mins he left from there. He is such a disgusting guy. Then I decided to return the machine and get the refund, but the sales head of Reliance convince me that he is committing that I will be getting the DEMO as per my timing and not with that executive who was suppose to come for DEMO.

Then yesterday (09/07/2024), Area Sales Manager named Rajiv came with the same executive named Shyamu Saini, who is a pathetic guy and who is not suppose to come, he also came and start giving demo and telling me that he is a different guy and he also came to my house with a different name.

Such a pathetic and fraudulent activity by the IFB service manager and executive. Very bad experience. Finally decided to return back the washing machine of IFB.

FB is infamous for the worst service, I purchased 1 tonne of AC in the name of Venkatesh Kulkarni, but I returned 1 tonne of AC because the technician has not visited to install a new AC even after a week. I have never experienced such bad service in my life because they have not responded positively even though I called more than 100 times and also arrogant behaviour from vendor and service persons

You can not register IFB product service complaint on any medium like call, whatsapp or online. They have created a flowchart which will not register your complaint but keep you rotating in a flow chart. You will find yourself at the start of flow chart again and again
Please do not buy any IFB products

We purchased ifb washing machine wen we r purchasing that time thay told instalation done today bt still no one is called wen we r trying to reach a customer care thay r also not giving proper response very very bad support. Very disappointed.

Had received IFB microwave as a gift mid December, since then we have been trying to call company person for installation. Worst ever service. First they said only 2-5pm is service time and Monday -Saturday. Second time after many attempts when the person did not turn up, they said service time is 10am-6pm so we said kindly schedule the appointment. Still today no one has turned up nor called and asked about whether the visit is done or no. I wish not to give a single star.
Not expected this from IFB

Purchased washing machine after follow ups finally our faulty machine was replaced. Thank you for your support and for providing replacement.

Not attended the customer properly.I am waiting for maintenance since 15. I am having AMC but no response to change the damage part of washing machine.

In April this year, I bought an IFB AC 1.5 ton 3-star for my master bedroom, and I'm delighted with its performance. This AC cools efficiently, and its features are impressive. What's even better is that it cools the room silently. It gave a comfortable environment even during the hot summer days in June and July. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I have purchased a IFB Top load- Power Steam washing machine. When the installation day, the company technicians came, they were so rude and unprofessional. They are not ready to make a plumbing connection. Even they were not polite to convince us. Just loud sound, unprofessional behaviour and dirty attire. Worst IFB top load installation experience.

Such a worst decision we took while buying this machine from IFB, poorest service poorest washing quality….services executives pretends to save there self, by saying that we are using bad quality washing liquid and that is Surf Excel, a renowned name. It will only get better if we start using there product be it washing liquid or a machine cleanser.

Don't suggest anyone, literally No.

IFB Washing machine customer care is very pathetic service. There techician is also not very trained. After many call and followup they came and change my door crome where there was no issue. Just it was bit loose and they told due to this waching machine is not working they change the door crome and some kit. Now after 10-15 days machine is stopped working and getting same error message. Now called them and they are talking bow motherboard is having issue. It need to replace. But we don't have stock. You have to wait for 2 days. But is is now more then one week but no update and no response from them.
Please don't buy IFB product i am very unhappy with the IFB machine. Their customer care is also pathetic. Please go for another washing machine like LG.

IFB is the synonym of cheating on customers. Since last 3 months my Microwave has been in a dead position. No one from IFB bothered to give me my AMC money back, as I have been cheated in the name of AMC. Instead you are pressuring me to revoke negative reviews. I will not let you people take my hard earned money just like that.

I recently purchased the home dishwasher from IFB. It's features and efficiency are truly praiseworthy. It excels at removing tough and oily stains. My dishes come out immaculately clean and sparkling. Truly in love with this product.

I have purchases IFB washing Machine through amazon last month the worst machine of all time in my whole life it's making huge noise and in the beginning i found that the motor was not original even i have complained for exchange of motor they did the exchange within 10days but even noise is coming from the machine and they are saying that noise will come like these only

I buyed IFB senorita, within warranty period only faced lot of issues and same issues coming but no one fixing permanent solution and also everytime technitian coming and asking to buy products for washing machine... I really fed-up with IFB. And I am strongly recommended not to buy products from IFB..
