I bought Microwave just 1 year back.
It's not functioning just after 1 year
I called customer care and expalined my problem.
He just send his executive to my house.
Executive is totally unprofessional. He called his senior and explain the same waht I explaind over call to customer care. He did not even checked properly and said magnetron is gone.4200/- shall be chargeable.
I asked him to let me think. He said give me 354/- Charge and he took for no reason. He did not do any thing.
Shameful.
Till today I was big fan of IFB products but from today I will not recommend at all to any one to buy IFB.
I had raised ticket for my EVA Aqua SX washing machine, ticket id is *******300
Issue was my washing machine was always showing door error.
On 31st October IFB Engineer visited my home checked washing machine and without any diagnosis told washing machine motherboard got damaged and to replace it I need to pay 7500rs., he also collected 590rs. Visiting charges from me.
I requested him I will confirm motherboard replacement on next day.
Meanwhile I shown my washing machine to local washing machine repair shop and he just replaced the washing machine door lock which costs just 750rs+200 service charges and my washing machine started working fine.
Most of my home appliances are from IFB. But the kind of customer support they have is very disappointing and worst ever. My Hob had some issue of short circuit and I lodged a complaint but since a week passed and no technician visited and fixed the problem. Everyday I was calling the customer care and getting the same reply of sorry the technician will visit today but no show. Having small kids at home it's such a problem with cooking since a week now. It looks like they just take their customers for granted once the product is sold. I feel like throwing all the IFB products in trash and go with some other company products.
Sorry to say but their service is so poor... After calling them for 100 times also neither they will come to the customer for any service nor they will call back and inform that no service will be provided. And on top of this they will also give false excuses for not coming.
