I am happy to share my experience with the IFB wall-mounted chimney. It was very nice. The installation was excellent. Their chimneys work without any problem, look simple & elegant, and the sound is shallow. The product is good and nicely packed, and the looks are lovely. The service installation people were supportive and on time and had a good demo.
If you wish to save your time and money do not take a risk of buying IFB products.
Worst products, worst service and rudw people.
Once the product is sold, they will never bothered about after sales services.
Even after continuous follow-up of a week technicians won't visit to resolve the problem.
Higher authorities are well awarw of this but even they do not bother of giving after sales services.

AC breakdown not solved after complaint raised for 3rd time in 2 months. Very poor Service. No person attend the problem. Costomer care service not doing anything except feeling sorry and escalation of complaint. No one hear complaint of customer. Shame on IFB. Should have purchased AC of another company. Recomend not to purchase any IFB product.
My senator WSS washing machine is just 1 and a half year old and it is not working properly. Despite lodging so many complaint nothing happens Those who come don't know what to do and close complaint without solving issue. NEVER BUY IFB Product

IFB Dishwasher is good, but service is not poor even worse than that. I bought this dishwasher. For installation this guy(Senthil kumar) from thoraipakkam Chennai he came & didnt installed my dishwasher also he told to buy ifb powder & others around 2500 also he urged us to buy water filter for 1500, if u refuse to buy means he will get angry & shout us. i booked service in ifb around 5 times for my ifb dishwasher & also im having ifb washing machine. This guy only will come for our zone… all the time he will shout us and walk from my house without doing service. He will challenge us like go anywhere & complaint, nothing will affect me. I have full video of his conversation with us. I already raised many complaints about him in ifb they are not ready to take any action against their employee; the service is poor even -100% poor..

I just bought an IFB senator mxs 8KG 1400rpm Mocha in feb2023, this stopped working in July 2023, it's only been 5months and this happens after a careful and gentle use of the machine.
Service is also pathetic, you cannot complain with an unregistered mobile no.
They just took 2 days to register my complaint. I have been calling the service engineer back to back and yet I get no response.
On this date 8th July 2023, I am still waiting for the company to respond and send their assistance.
40K waste of money. Never never buy anything from IFB.

I bought an IFB front load washing machine a few months ago, and it has completely transformed my laundry routine. It does a fantastic job of cleaning clothes, leaving them fresh and spotless. The washing machine is easy to use, with intuitive controls and various wash programs. Highly recommend it.
Any customer doesn't aware of product clearly. Based on his understanding he will complaint about problem of a product. Technician without verifying anything, he bases only complainant info concluded the problem and leaving the place and collecting the service charges. Any technician need to check the product and then confirms the problem. That is basics for technican looks this IFB technician doesn't follow that
My IFB microwave has stopped working. And it's a new product and thus i complained online and they sent me a technician who said that he needs to order a product that has gone bad and it takes time. And then i waited a few days and then called the customer care back and they couldn't co-ordinate with technician and give me basic information. Everytime I call them someone keeps transferring the calls to someone else and i have to repeat my story. Their coordination is so bad, they just doesn't know where my product is, if they placed an order or not, when i will get my job done, no information has been provided to me. Having no office to go to and no face to answer us is becoming such a huge mistake now. Finally i couldn't get anything done with these people so i had to go to Croma where i have bought my oven and they had to launch a complaint. Never ever buying anything from IFB.

Worst experience. Technician concluded refrigerent gas was low just by looking barely, even without checking with pressure guage. How one can know gas regrigerent was low by simply looking at outdoor unit. As per my knowledge gas top up only can be done if cooling not happen properly, but cooling was good before servicing. They top up the gas and charged me even without confirm with me. Not satisfied with the service.
The worst service one can ever get. The customer care executives are third class without any proper training of professional behaviour and work process. They do not carry forward the complaints to the team seriously. Was trying to get a technician for the IFB washing machine, but none paid attention or lodge the complaint seriously. After a conversation over call they even did not send any complaint number. What's the point of buying a branded product when the brand is actually a fraud! Disgusted actually!
Completely dissatisfied. Damage cause by Elena SX 6510 Machine Spinning problem, not even 6 months from purchase and service attendant citing machine trolley as at fault hence claiming not under warranty. Even after showing the same machine not budging on the said trolley.

IFB sent repair guy for microwave number **************457. He charged me
max around Rs.3,000. He replaced one part and he said will bring another
part in 2 to 3 days. So far it has been over 2 months and i have called him
number of times and everytime he says will bring in 2 or 3 days. I paid him
full in advance. He is 3rd party repair guy his number is 91 ******* *******.

We had purchased this IFB Washing machine. Right from the beginning this was a third class product, faulty and we were not satisfied.now, the mother board has failed and they charge 5000/- for repairs. I sincerely request not to buy this product.
They have no ethics and the product is of a very level in quality. Service is the worst
