I placed a $100. Plus order June 4th. I received confirmation immediately also stating I would be emailed when it shipped which by the way says within 7 days on their site. After 2 weeks I reached out via chat first which they are supposed to email you back. Several days later I tried to phone the # on their site. It transfers to an Ext that has a full voice mail. I finally emailed and received a answer back that it would ship Friday 6/18. Friday came I received a ship notice but upon checking they had created a shipping label. Then 6/21 I emailed again and received a thank you for notifying us? On 6/23 I contacted my bank to reverse the charges. Ifabric finally shipped my order 6/25 which I received 6/30 after dozens of attempt to reach them via phone, chat and email.
I ordered 1/4 inch polka dot fabric. They also sell 1 inch polka dot fabric. They sent 1 inch. I sent a photo with a ruler, and they are refusing to process a refund or send the correct fabric. My receipt clearly says 1/4 inch polka dots. This fabric is not usable for my daughter's project. Their phone line does not connect to a person, and the voicemail is "full". Online customer service chat does not elicit a response. By email, they replied to say, no they will not send the correct fabric or refund. Do NOT purchase from this company. It's a scam. There is no customer service and they will send you incorrect fabric and lie about it.
Great service, delivery was quick and they changed my order, no questions asked when I realised I'd ordered the wrong amount. The material is very good quality as well. Love it and would buy from them again.
