I placed my order over a month ago, got an email that a UPS label had been created and then... nothing. I have a project hinging on this fabric. I have emailed multiple times and their phone is disconnected. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company. Terrible service.
Good quality fabric, offer samples if not sure what it feels like, great service and fast delivery. Have used iFabric many times for my sewing needs and will continue to do so. They also have a great range of different fabric.
They sent the wrong color. Tried to call, the call went to some obscure mail box extension that could not take messages. Tried to Chat, waited all day to get an email say they were available for a chat. Sent an Email, got a response of "send me a picture of what you received", did that. Haven't heard another word, that was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting.
I would give this zero stars if I could. It took them 31 days to even pack my order of 3 fabrics in low quantity. They only packed it once I threatened to cancel my order. Their customer service is horrible. I foolishly forgot that last year they pulled the same thing. I had ordered one colourway, they sent another, blamed me, then removed the fabric from the website so I couldn't order the proper colourway. They should not be in business. This company is a full scam.
I still haven't received my order. I also have reached out to the company multiple times to find out where my package is and they only responded once over a month ago. They told me my item has been shipped out, however when I asked the shipping company where the package was they told me they haven't even received it yet. Now the company is ignoring me, and the project I needed the fabric for has come and gone. I would not recommend purchasing through them.
Would give less stars if I could. Total scam, quick to take your money, but never ship anything out. The reviews on their site are fake, the never answer emails, and if they do it just to lie to you and give you a fake tracking number. The chat does not work, and the phone number is bogus too.
I placed an order on Feb 16th. I requested an update Feb 24th and was answered in under an hour that it was processed and shipping on Feb 27th. I never received tracking information and I emailed 4 times over the next week with no response. As of March 7th, I filed a claim with my bank for a refund and STILL no product, tracking or reply. This is a sorry excuse for a business.
See above. You need to revamp your system, it's not very thorough. You need to remind people what item the ordered and from who. I don't remember Ifabric, or what I may have ordered from them... it was 8 months ago! Can't provide 'proof of purchase' for the same reason. Sorry.
The roll of 60 inch sanitized burlap I received was perfect for the 10 table coverings needed for the backyard reception.
Yes this is burlap so there was constant shedding when I was working with it and that is to be expected. Any remnants will be used for other decorations.
I currently order fabric 2 weeks ago. It says it ship 5 to 7 days. I will not receive it on time and when I emailed them they said it will arrive soon. Yet they still haven't shipped ot yet. So horrible customer service and false advertising.
Payed $ 551.00 and never received our order confirmation on order but never shipped product. Tried to contact company but phone number doesn't work and tried chat nothing worked don't be the next one to get ripped off
I purchased this fabric for a prop I am building, and it is exactly what I wanted. I'm thrilled! Delivery was as estimated and it was packaged very well for shipping. It is beautiful, the perfect weight, and doesn't crease easily or change shape after being on a roll.
It took a month from time of order to delivery date for me to receive this fabric. I even had to inquire as to when the order would be processed after 2.5 weeks of ordering. It was not shipped or delivered per the answer I received from the inquiry. The fabric itself feels like a paper tablecloth. It definitely does not feel like a poly-cotton fabric. It is super thin and is very noisy with any kind of movement. The fabric looks very pretty and I was super excited until I touched it. I also stretches a little in one direction but does not really go back to the normal shape. I will say I tried to poke my thumb through the fabric and I could not.
Paid in advaned for over night shipping it was put on a brown truck and took 11 days to get across the country. I needed it to finish a project which did not get finished in time. I emailed the company several times tried calling all in vain. I told them I wanted my shipping fee back
I like this product. Product showed up on time and is a great quality. We used the material for our home theater room. Black felt-like material. It works perfectly and we saved a lot using iFabric. Thank you!
I found 25 yards of Hello Kitty fabric at a fraction of the cost that the same fabric was at other sites. I read the reviews, waited a bit, was really skeptical at first but Decided to take my chances despite the bad reviews. Got my shipment in 10 days. Extremely satisfied!
I ordered fabric in April. Site stated because of Covid it would take 7-10 days. I got an e-mail on May 5, recieved order and took payment. I am still waiting to hear from them 22 days later! No phone number to call, you cannot even send a message on their contact page. STAY AWAY!
I was so impressed with the service I received from Fabric-Online. I sent a question and it was answered very quickly and in a very professional way by Tom Bird. I placed an order and within a couple of days the fabric was delivered and everything was exactly as agreed. I would highly recommend this company.
My order was placed April 17th. On the website it states orders are recieved within 5 to 7 business days. I have emailed them multiple times, tried to call (voicemail is full) and I'm told my order will ship (2 weeks after ordering), given a tracking number and it still says only a label has been printed and it hasn't shipped. I would like my money back but they haven't replied to my last email.
I placed an order and was informed on Feb. 4th the fabric was on the way. It is now March 4th and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent emails, with one response, the order would be resent.
Since that time I have had no further communication from them and no fabric. I wish I had checked out their web site and read the reviews of their customer service, I would not have used this company.
Answer: Judge for yourself by this review: 1/03/22 order, 1/12 I emailed them, days later they reply "shipping Friday" so that would've been 1/14.1/20 No shipping info received so emailed again 1/20. Now days later, still no reply. 1/22 Tried calling the 1-888 number in the info@ifabric.com email, it's not in service. I'll be filing with my cc to get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
