I was totally surprised how easy this fabric was to sew on my sewing machine. It looked so stiff and thicker then it actually is. I made valances, curtains, pillows and recovered seat cushions they turned out so beautiful. I love this fabric so much, I'm looking to purchase other colors to use I'm my home.
Great Polyester material and high quality as well. Perfect for my little projects. I'm happy to recommend this company. The technician arrived on time, completed the job in a pretty short time. Really happy with the quality service!
Good experience, web site easy to use, fast delivery, well packaged, only downside no correspondence from the seller not even an automated acknowoledgment confirming the order would have been 5 star otherwise.
When I ordered the product it showed the stripes going up-and-down when we received the merchandise the Stripe are going long ways so I had to cut the material and sew it together to make it look like a market instead of a circus tent
Ordering was easy and I am very pleased with the quality of the material. My only negative comment is even considering how awful the postal service has become it really took a long time to arrive
Don't be like me and ignore the bad reviews! I ordered March 9th and still have not received my package as of June 5th and have gotten no real responses back from the multiple emails I've sent and even the calls I've made. I received one response March 15th but nothing after that and my order is still in the wind. Please see the screenshots attached and do not order from this company. At this point all I can do is warn others and simply hope and pray that I can at least get a refund...
Never received order. Unable to get a hold of anyone. No reply to emails and for number says unable to leave message because mailbox full every time tried calling. Asked for refund no reply. Had me be to send me email asking to review order. Reported to bank
Placed an order over a month ago. Tracking number hasn't changed from label created in 3 weeks. No responses once I demanded a refund. I need to file a charge back on my credit card now because of them. All the positive reviews they get are from the owner or are paid for. They're not real. The company will also probably respond to this with a standard cut and paste responses. If customer service was so important then actually respond to the emails and send out orders that people pay for
SCAM! I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on November 25th 2021 and I never received my order. The customer service number is not working, and the live chat isn't working either. I emailed them and it took multiple emails before I got a response on January 7th. They apologized and said they would get back to me with updates and they never did. I finally filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (many people have) and they sent me an email last week saying iFabric never responded to the BBB complaint. I have continued to send emails to iFabric trying to get a refund of my money and still no response. I do not like leaving negative reviews but this is ridiculous and I have done some research and this is not the first time this has happened. In fact many have this same experience. Please save your money and use a reliable fabric store!
Weeks after ordering and only info that they created a label for shipping, I discovered it was never shipped and both phone numbers listed have been disconnected. Disputed the claim via credit card company and will never order again. Total scam.
Like many reviews before mine. Ordered my choice of fabric site showed it in stock. 3 weeks pass and just now getting a label created email from them. The next day I receive your package has been delivered please share your review…. Peter T you can get $#*!ed. With your generic response to people on here. You are trash and so is your company.
Their tracking is bogus. Don't try calling, you'll get no answer and if they do contact you by resulting in email. You'll get a half truth response. They lie saying it's been mailed but after a month of not getting your merchandise you'll realize that yourself. I can't say enough bad about this company, I truly don't believe they care about their customers. Only good thing I can say is at least I won't have to deal with them again!
I was looking on Etsy but saw that they are NO LONGER SELLING MERCHANDISE ANYMORE? And the funny thing is I dont know why I was sent this to do a review because to my knowledge I have NEVER purchased anything from here before. So I'm confused, sounds a bit shady to me
If you unfortunately find yourself ordering from here, do not try to contact them. They will not get in contact with you, I gave them the time they estimated even a day more and no updates on my order. I decided to read their reviews. So yeah I'm not waiting months to get my money back or get the wrong order, be like me realize this soon and GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
There was no number to call and actually speak to someone other than a number that said the mailbox was full, so obviously no one checks the messages. I emailed in reference to status, only to get generic answers. My package finally shipped after threatening to file complaints with several consumer advocacy agencies
Disappointment. No communication from company regarding the order. Never received the product. I had hoped with all this negative feedback I would be refunded my money. I have not heard from anyone except to fill out the "rate your experience" forms.

So I placed an order last month I received a tracking number due to label being created. Contacted them by email no luck and phone number is not a valid one I feel like this is a scam site
I ordered my fabric on June 1 it came on July 8 missing items. I tried to contact their multiple customer service lines, no one answered, I asked for a refund multiple times no one answered. I spent nearly $100 on my order and the fabric came over a month late missing two of the most valuable fabrics I ordered. I will never be purchasing from them again and I hope you don't either because they will scam you for your money!
The fabric we ordered is as expected quality seems very good. My only concern is that their service was slow I didn't get any acknowledgement after placing the order for couple of days then news for about a week for shipping. Their customer care number also returned as not existing so I got scared that my money went to a black hole. But then after another couple of days I received response to my email that my order will be shipped and received in good condition in about 5 days time. So it totally took about 11 days for it arrive. Would have helped if they kept in touch with the customer in between
Answer: Judge for yourself by this review: 1/03/22 order, 1/12 I emailed them, days later they reply "shipping Friday" so that would've been 1/14.1/20 No shipping info received so emailed again 1/20. Now days later, still no reply. 1/22 Tried calling the 1-888 number in the info@ifabric.com email, it's not in service. I'll be filing with my cc to get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
