On time shipping. Delivery was good. Great customer service.
Communication regarding shipping time really should be emphasized more-I wasn't expecting a 20 day delay between order and delivery-and I probably should have been-you can't ship a 65" TV by USPS or FED EX. The delivery person was great, took the unit out of the box, ensured that it was operable and in good condition and that all was as it should have been.
All that being said, it might help customer satisfaction if you let people know it is going to take a while (especially during holidays) and that delivery will include the inspection, etc.
Still awaiting an answer for two important questions. Shipping was fine and on time as promised. Samsung original

I was told no. Flat rate shipping is all they offer do to the fact the take it out of the box and plug it in for your inspection. Whatever took three weeks but TV was a great price and I am happy now that I am watching it

I was super nervous at first about order such an expensive item at such a deep discount from an eBay store but ielectrica was a great company to deal with. I called customer service a few times to check on shipping status and they answered the phone the first time and within a few rings without me having to fight through some terrible automated system. Item showed up in damaged and in perfect working order and I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

Everything went perfect with the order. The TV was in perfect condition. Shipping was exactly as described and went extremely well despite bad reviews and being it was around xmas. The communication on shipment status once the delivery was scheduled was actually better then the major carriers as it could be tracked online down to the trucks location and # of stops on delivery day.
All went as it should.
Other than some confusion on the shippers part, the experience was awesome!

The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
