I recieved my 75" Qled tv 7 series in 6 days placed order on 12/16/2018 got it delivered on 12/22/2018. Tv works great. The only thing I cant register the tv with samsung. Otherwise No problems so far.

Unfortunately, I had some problems when it came to getting my delivery. I contacted their delivery person multiple times both via telephone and text and ended up having to call in home base multiple times to get things rectified. When that was set up, their delivery truck ended up failing and once again, my delivery got delayed. I realize that part was out of their control but there was little remorse or apology from their actual delivery person. The person who ultimately delivered the TV as well as the people I spoke to on the phone when I did call in were always nice and helpful. Unfortunately, though, it doesn't change the fact that there were significant delays on their part to deliver the item and unfortunately, a poor attitude/service from that one employee. I'd still purchase an item from them and don't want to discourage others from doing so either.

Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

Answer: TERRIBLE! I received this email, after paying $150.00 for a 5 yr inhome repair. My TV is ONLY 1.5 yrs old. I'M DONE WITH THEM! They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well. In this type of circumstance, we will need you to hire a service center directly and obtain an estimate of repairs. The pre-approved amount for a service call is $100.00 which you will be fully reimbursed for upon submitting a paid invoice.
