Ordering and pricing was great. Ielectrica was responsive to email questions, but the issue was with the shipping/shipper and expectations for delivery from CA to IL. My recommendation...Assume their original shipping expectation is correct. Email the shipper every 3-7 days for status, Do not bother calling the shipper. Definitely email the shipper for shipping status and progress. Don't wait and get surprised...The trucking outfit was responsive to emails but the online tracking information was useless. In the current days of UPS, FEDEX, Amazon, etc, I should have been able to see the status online in understandable terms. For about 10 days or so mine said it was 'in transit to the delivery terminal'. I'm sure this meant something to them but useless to me. Was I the delivery terminal? If not, where is that? Again, to be fair, they originally projected 4 weeks to deliver with a note that shipments generally arrive earlier. It took 20 days to arrive which in hindsight was great, but it took a lot of work on my part to make that happen. I even ignored the comment that I 'may' receive it by 12/25 (Christmas). The shipping projection was 12/26, then Monday 12/31, then 1/2, then Friday 12/28, then 1/2, then 12/31, then 1/2, then 12/31. I stayed home from work on 12/28 2pm-8pm (confirmed delivery), delivery never came so I called and emailed the shipper at 7:45pm. Got a call back about 10 mins later that the truck got tied up in Iowa with another delivery and they couldn't deliver until 1/2 because the drivers exceeded their driving hours and they don't deliver on weekends. They were still in Iowa. This was unacceptable and very irritating because I was leaving out of the country on 1/2. They eventually confirmed it would be delivered on Monday 12/31. I received a call Monday morning from the driver that they were about 1 hour away. GREAT! Then I received a confusing confirmation email that the delivery would be on 1/2. Then I got a phone call saying that there was a computer issue they're trying to resolve and my delivery was set for 1/2. I confirmed with them that the driver had already called and was on his way. I was appreciative that it was finally delivered before I left the country. But jeesh! All in all, happy because the product is great, the price was great and the shipping was included and in the end it was delivered before my absolute drop date.
Great product. Outstanding price. Just little problem of a timely heads-up communication for the delivery. Be prepared for a 10 day+ delivery to the west coast.

The time it took to receive the product and and condition of the product at delivery were perfect. The driver was super and kept us informed of his arrival time. How can you top that? My order was shipped within 2 days of being ordered but didn't arrive until 7 days later. When it arrived locally it was shipped back to Atlanta and then returned to local hub. Not sure what that was about! Other than strange shipping, everything was fine.

Everything was great except for the TV that had a burn on the screen but it was legit and it had warranty so Samsung came and fixed it.

The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
