Quick response time, great pricing
The order process on line was easy and correctly described the Samsung QLED TV I bought. When I tried to register the purchase with Samsung the registration site indicated the serial number was for an Asian product and couldn't be registered with Samsung.
I would have preferred the sales rep who directed me to the ordering web site for iElectra would have informed me of this. I was told the TV has a one year warranty that I now have to assume comes through iElectra not Samsung.
The delivering trucking company was responsive and delivered the TV in the time frame they quoted. The delivering drivers were professional and courteous.

Ielectrica provided me with the product as promised in a timely manner. This transaction was perfect. In fact, I just emailed one of best friends a link to ielectria so he can purchase the same Samsung TV that I did.
Your eBay site is fine, and easy to order. Several problems that affected your ratings were due to shipment delays, and the upgraded white glove service that I upgraded to, along with a 5yr warranty instead of the 2yr. When I ordered the TV, it was stated that a delivery was estimated to be December 18th. A few days later the delivery time was increased according to your site, to 10-to 21 business days. This was a family Christmas gift, and I originally figured it would easily arrive between Dec 18th-24th. On Dec 26th., I received a from your firm, offering a white glove delivery service to the door, including unpacking, TV testing, and removal of packaging. On January 9th. I took delivery. Service to the door, and the TV test went well. Unfortunately when it came to packaging removal, the delivery team stated that they do not provide that service.
All in all, I did receive a great product, at a great price. I would have rated your firm a 5 star, if not for the shipping and delivery problems. F.Y.I Jerry Battle Ground, WA.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
