Got problems on my booking that I made and i created the mistake. Called Eva air and they helped me look into the issue and told me to call back Ieagle.com which i did and it did took me multiple call to fix the problem on mistake i made. Almost got frustrated on the dealock but the hero of the day is Chirag... he helped me a lot and he deserves to get a 10 star rating. Thank you Chirag for resolving my issues on wrong name. Thanks much again!

I booked a flight from LAX to Manila for $4080. I put in my credit card and personal information, hit "purchase" and immediately was informed that the price jumped $400.

This is a criminal bait and switch.

They make it as difficult as possible for customers to cancel and receive refunds. They make up various amounts as cancelation fees.

I got my flights rescheduled with more than 24 hours layover and when I asked that I be given an accomodation, they told me to call the airline instead of them doing it. Why should I call the airline for an accomodation when I let them handle my booking themselves? It's not my fault that the airline cancelled and rescheduled my booking.

Charan helped me through the whole process of booking a flight. I needed to book the same flight for a family member and they were able to find the flight and complete the booking. All I had to do was confirm passenger details and make the payment after confirming that all the details were correct. Thanks iEagle.
