I ordered a sweater in January 2019 and still haven't received it even though they debited the money from my credit card.
I've sent numerous emails and no response, of course! To rip people off is one of the lowest forms in society. Good luck to the a-holes!
I ordered 5 dog mom sweaters beginning of January and have not even received a confirmation or tracking number email. They took my money and I have tried to contact them several times and nothing back. I'd be careful ordering from here, as I am beginning to think it is a ripoff. I am super sad cause I wanted these Sweaters for next weekend to give to friends and loved that it was helping pups in the process. So either they have little professionalism or it's a scam. Buyer beware! I will update if I do receive my sweaters
I made my purchase on January 28,2019 and sent two emails to see when I should be expecting the package and no one ever got back to me. Filed a claim with my bank last month and what comes in the mail today... the damn sweater I ordered. But it is not a happy ending... the sweater is awful material. Cheap and way too small for an xl and in some areas there are see through spots. Their return policy says 30 days since the purchase and it took them more than 30 days itself to get the damn package to me. Just lost my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I ordered a dog mom sweatshirt over a month ago and never received a confirmation e-mail, tracking info, or any response from, "customer service," after numerous e-mail. They took my money and I will never receive my product.
I placed an order in February, contacted them twice and received no response. From reading reviews I see this company is a scam and fake and all the supposed good reviews are lies and fake. I will be taking this further, I live in the UK and I will be contacting my bank. It's illegal what they have done! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Order of two items placed in January 2019, almost 3 months later and I have not received my items. I have sent SIX email requests to dogmommaforlife.com and did not get a response. TOTAL SCAM
2 months on, no products, no replies to multiple emails. Do not order from them. Sadly I will never receive my items and have lost $60
