I explained to the salesperson that I traveled the country in my rv. No problem, she said. I have made numerous appointments at multiple locations and the store calls at the last minute to cancel EVERY time. What a waste of money and time. Don't waste your money on this scam.
I have had multiple services with Ideal Image recently I purchased more botox and I cannot get an appointment because they have no staff. I called and asked for a refund and they refused to give me one because of my contract. They are letting people purchase services they cannot offer.
I checked out IDEAL IMAGE's website and almost immediately people started emailing and calling me. I said I would like a consultation. The lady I had conversations with suggested fillers.(2) I filled out the paperwork and gave CC information. On July 2nd I was charged for the service even though I had not set up an appointment yet. I had then set up the appointment a few days later and when I showed up the Dr. I talked to said I couldn't get that service because I was allergic to penicillin. She said they would do Botox but I refused because that is not what your employee said I needed. I was originally charged the full amount and when they told me I could no longer get the service, it would be up to 90 days for a refund. The way they handled this was very poor and I will never recommend IDEAL IMAGE to another person.
I Can tell YOURE a scam STOP SCHEMING PEOPLE WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY TO JUST THROW IT AWAY ON SCAMMERS LIKE YOU! $#*! YOU
Do not use them! They take your money really fast and then provide the worst service possible. These people are scammers. They're "nurses" lie and diagnose you with conditions you don't have so they don't provide the service you paid for, and then try to upsell you other services that you can do because of the imaginary condition the nurse decides you have. Scammers!
I paid for a service thinking I'd be able to move forward with it but when I saw my doctor he told me I couldn't get the service, I just recently had surgery and my doctor said I wasn't allowed to do anything to my stomach due to complications, I got a doctors note from him and they said their doctor whose never seen me or talked to me said it was ok for me to do the service even my doctor who I've been seeing for years said I couldn't get it done. They wouldn't refund me, so then I got a second and 3rd doctors note, my primary and dermatologist, stating that I couldn't get that procedure done. They offered to let me switch services, but I can't get laser due to a skin condition, I don't want Botox or filler, I've already had laser hair removal. And that's all they offer. I've emailed about 12 times and called at least 8-10 times and no one will get back to me. The last guy I spoke to was cold as ice and extremely rude and now they are just holding my money and ignoring me. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. I have medical reasons and notes why I can't get the services and they still won't refund me.
Who does this? They are scammers and thieves if you ask me. I just lit $1600 on fire thanks to this terrible company.
You pay an annual $300 fee which they don't remind you is coming due, then when you cancel, they pro-rate your refund. This is blatantly taking advantage of customers who have not received satisfactory services, cool sculpting did not work and was very expensive. You can get competitive pricing at other spas without paying this annual fee. Do not do business with these people.
Don't believe them when they tell you your contract provides a lifetime guarantee or reduced pricing because they will not honor it. I called for a laser touch up and was told they could not find my records because they purge them every 2 years so I would have to sign a consent form. It was not a consent form, but an entirely new contract that supersedes my original contract and provides for higher pricing for touch ups, rather than $1 pay per pulse. I followed up several times and even reached out to their corporate counsel who could not be bothered to reply to me. Instead, I was told that my only option is to sign the new contract. Poor business practices and failure to honor their own contracts. Go somewhere else!
WASTE OF MONEY! THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. WILL BE REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Do not waste your time or money. Super fast to speak with someone when you are wanting information on purchasing a service, but no reply when asking for patient experience supervisor. ULTHERAPY IS A SHAM
I pre-paid for the service. It took 5 mos for an appointment. When I showed up, they could not provide it because their only person/provider was sick. I was never rescheduled. It's been over a year and a half and they are demanding I sign a new contract and provide a credit card in case I'm a 'no-show'. They already no-showed on me. Their 'contract' is for 6 months. If they can hold my money for this long, it would make sense I should already have an extension until they have provided service. They refuse to give a refund as well.
I had an appointment for a touchup for laser hair removal on my face. Her computer was down. She did not charge my credit card normally it's $40 I've always paid $40 but when I looked at my statement it was 180 311 so I called ideal image, and I said to her Why is my card card charge $183.11 and she said it was for the new contract that I signed on 2022 for cool sculpting which that was bull crap because it did not work so I told her the contract that I found some sign for cool sculpting was just for cool sculpting I didn't know it was a lifetime guarantee for my hair removal. I've always paid $40 the girl without my knowledge charged 180 311 I will never recommend this place, I will never go back and I will keep putting bad reviews. If you guys read your own reviews, you've got very bad reviews, credit card fraud everything I'm reading all of the peoples reviews and they just bash ideal image and I've never had a problem with them besides the cool sculpting but now $183 for a couple touchups on my face that is totally wrong. I will tell all my people never to go to ideal image. There's different spots out there and cheaper and better I only went there because I was locked in for the $40 but I'll never go there again shame on Abiden MH for even charging somebody's credit card for 183. I disputed the charge and left $40 and the tax because that is not right she never gave me a receipt she never sent me email how much she was charging my credit card back-and-forth for months and I just finally talk to them and they said I signed a lifetime warranty with cool sculpting so that means it takes over my laser hair removal. That's not what the girl said or else I would've never purchased that which cool sculpting never even worked bad review under zero definitely and by the way the hair still grow back cool sculpting never worked anybody that wants to go to this place please don't
Not worth it! Each provider you see will say you need a different amount of sessions, hardly see any results and never with only 1 pass of an area. If you pay in advance, it's written in very small print that you cannot get a refund! Terrible customer service and very difficult to get in touch with. Don't waste your money!
Absolutely the worst medical spa experience ever! Completely unprofessional and unknowledgeable! I have been getting injections for twenty years and Ideal Image was by far the worst experience ever! I was charged for a service I never signed up for and it took having to put a dispute on my charge card to be refunded. I was told customer service for refunds could take 5 days to reply and up to 2 hours to hold on the phone. They have been known for terrible turnover in nurses and are very unexperienced. DO NOT GO!
I had an appointment for cool sculpting at the Ideal Image in Creve Coeur. My appointment was set back in October 2022 and was supposed to take place in May of 2023. I was told I had to wait this long due to having had a c-section in May of 2022. About two months ago they called me wanting to reschedule my appointment because they changed their center's hours. I was forced to change to an afternoon appointment because there were no mornings available and I, like most working individuals, have to get time off approved well in advance. Then, a couple hours before my appointment was scheduled to take place on May 31,2023, they called an cancelled again. When I could not get a new day off approved by my employer, I called and requested a refund, which I was told at the time of booking would be possible within a certain time period of my appointment. Now, all of the sudden, I cannot get a refund unless it is for medical reasons. What? You rescheduled my appointment TWICE now, and the last was super last minute. This company is a joke!
Memorial Day, 29MAY2023, it was advertised that laser hair removal was 80% off. Told it was only that day which was not true as it's still advertised as such days later. I filled out the contact info on the website to inquire pricing for underarms, full Brazilian, and full leg.
The gal on the phone tells me full retail for that is somewhere around $33,000, with the discount it's $5,900, and if I sign up that day $350 is taken off. This is for 9 treatments over 16 months and any touch ups after will be fully covered. Now me being my naïve self, thought that was an incredible price and was stoked, literally almost signed for the loan to do it. I called my husband to make sure he was okay with the purchase, he was not and I was so shocked and mad…. Glad he was against it because it wasn't a deal at all. After looking around locally for the same treatment that's run at facilities with actual physicians … the "discounted" price is what normal pricing or similar pricing for that procedure is.
You're not getting a deal.
Shop around and do your research to see if there's a better option. I feel so scammed and I didn't even make the purchase (thank goodness). They lie to your face and rush you, almost felt like buying a car from a dealership that's on commission.
I hope this helps someone on their journey of laser hair removal. Best of luck.
Firstly, laser hair removal is not permanent, you will start to see hair growth within several weeks from your last treatment (even after 5 treatments). The lasers (Candela) are not designed for permanent hair removal, it is designed for temporary hair reduction. The organization draws consumers in by advertising 50% or more off the regular price of laser hair removal. Be careful if you are working with an agent of the company to learn about their services, they are trained to manipulate you into signing expensive contracts immediately, that you won't be able to terminate with any type of fair reimbursement. Read your contract thoroughly before you sign it and if you have a friend who is a lawyer, have them read it too. They slide in a discreet clause or two. One of the discreet clauses in their contract (that they do not discuss with you on the phone) allows them to provide you with a surprise purchase of very expensive sunblock $$$, as mentioned you can cancel but you will still be locked into paying for nearly the entire cost of services specified in your contract, no matter the reason for termination. This company is running a very lucrative and unethical business. Spend your money on something you will receive a noticeable return on, rather than temporary laser hair reduction at Ideal Image.
I signed up for laser hair removal in 2020 and paid the amount charged. Right from the beginning things did not add up. I was told I paid for so many sessions, then was told I paid for an amount of time to get as many sessions in as possible. I told them they never disclosed that information. They told me there is nothing that can be done. Fast forward, I have been going for touch ups and was told I was a part of the lifetime plan. I was paying $40 per session. Today I called to make a touch up appointment and was told I do not have the lifetime plan and would have to buy it for $299 then pay $75 per session. They completely make it up as they go along. I would not recommend this facility. They also quoted me $2185 for bikini area but $3272 for both bikini and legs. Nothing makes any sense at this place. Stay far away.
Ashley Kluk is amazing! She will make your visit a comfortable one. She has done light therapy on my face and neck and was very informative about what to expect. I'd give her 5 stars!
Depending on what you say on the phone call there is no follow up unless you are buying something new.
Although they are more expensive, use someone like Meadows Spa in Buford, GA because in the end result they are cheaper. Ideal Image If you really care what I feel call me.
Terrible. Terrible. I recommend using alternative companies.
I used the Newton MA location and paid for an 1 year contract with appointments every 6-8 weeks for that one year, full body laser hair removal, for a cost of $5,500.
First, the treatment itself:
3 of my 5 appointments were completed by new technicians on their first week on the job. One used the wrong setting, another was still training on how to use the equipment and practiced on my body. This conflicts with the advertisement of "highly trained professionals".
Second, the scheduling:
Ideal Image would not schedule my appointments within the 6-8 week window. They continually only offered 9-10 week windows (which means that instead of the 9 appointments I would receive at a 6 wk interval, I only receive 6 appointments).
Additionally, on my 6th appointment was cancelled on an hour before my appointment due to technician being sick and bumped back another 4 weeks, which would put my appointment at 13 weeks since the last one. The front desk associate called the police when I came in anyways and demanded to be seen by a different technician at my scheduled appointment time. The cops were very friendly and helpful, unlike ideal image.
Answer: Yes, I had to go to the hospital where they treated me for BURNS that Nicola at Ideal Image gave me while doing Laser treatment. Dr Angela Fisher at Ideal Image is unprofessional and relies on her 17 years of bad experience.
Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
Answer: Absolutely not! I spent $1800 and within 4 months my lines above my lips returned!
