Do not purchase services from Ideal Image! I was going to use their services and changed my mind as I decided to go elsewhere. I went through their loan program in order to achieve their services and since I wasn't going to use their services I wouldn't need the loan. I called to cancel my membership, loan, and appointments. I was told that my money from my loan was NON-REFUNDABLE! Now I am on the hook to pay even though I have never and WILL NEVER receive services from them! Their customer service is terrible. All I was told was that is not our policy! And there is nothing they can do!
I got a consultation for Cool Sculpting, for under my chin (submental?) and for my back (flanks?). They recommended 2 treatments for each side of my back, one for under my chin. Paid for 5.2 credits (2 for each flank, 1.2 for submental). Had my back appointment, it was fine. Went in for submental and afterwards they said let's schedule your next one - I explained that I paid for 2 treatments for each side of my back, and only one under my chin. The technician told me that because the chin is at a lower setting (sensitive area) it is usually done between two appointments.
So I went in for the 2nd appt and afterwards they told me I had only one treatment left, did I want to use it on my submental - I was confused because I should've had 2 left, one for each of my flanks. They told me I used 2 on the flanks, and 2.4 on my chin, because I had 2 appts. Now I had been told that the 2 appts were for one treatment under my chin, so I was extremely upset to find out that they had used up one of my credits for that 2nd appt without my knowledge. I was VERY upset, they told me even though I only had. 8 left I could use it under my chin, but I needed time to process. Tried calling customer service but they were 0% sympathetic and said the only solution was to use that one (. 8) credit in one area, or pay more for more credits.
So fast fwd to today, I called to make a laser hair removal appt, and also inquired about that one credit - I was told because it's only. 8 credits, I would need to purchase more credits in order to use it on my submental.
Absolutely unbelievable. This is money I already paid, and I can't use that credit for a service I already paid for without spending more money. I was lied to TWICE, screwed over TWICE.

Believe these reviews! These people are monsters. I was bleeding after getting Botox. I have been getting it for ten years and never bled out! She was 30 minutes behind and rushed through me. They don't use numbing cream to ease the pain! I never received aftercare instructions which is standard. I canceled future services with them immediately. I asked Ally not to pay them which they did anyway. I called them the next day after being approved. That should have stopped payment. Nope! The procedure l canceled is for cheek fillers. Ideal image charged $1526. 98 plus tax and $131.52 for Botox. Even though Botox was botched l don't mind paying. Ideal image returned $1523. 94. They reduced the amount and kept the $100 in taxes. I want the full amount of the cheek filler returned since l did not have the procedure! I should not pay a dime for it. Ally lending told me to contact Ideal Image again, which l did and no response! Ally closed out my claim and refused to help any further. Their customer service is bad. Don't get tricked into doing business with Ideal Image or Ally. Ally should not pay them until the procedure is done but they lock u in so u have to fight for ur money! Newton Medispa charges $999 for cheek fillers and uses Cherry to finance! Their reviews are amazing!
I had to cancel because I had a family emergency causing me to take on the care of my father on hospice in my home. Not allowing me the time to drive 3 hours to the location on multiple dates. They refused to give me a refund. I find their company has not compassion for their clients. Money Money Money
The tech I had must've been new! She made my face lopsided and after many calls voicing my concern, speaking to various staff including " manager" Chris, as well as returning to the Henderson location several times, I basically was laughed at and ignored! Finally, after over 6 months of trying to get a resolution I have given up and am seeking a new med spa to correct the mess Ideal Image left me with. Please save your time and money!
Absolute joke of a company! I am 19 years old and I was interested in laser hair removal. I had a consultation and when I did the consultation I decided that I was going to move forward with it. On the zoom call with the representative, she said she would have to fill out a credit card company loan with one of the 2 companies they work with. She asked me how much I make each year to which I told her "I do not make that much, maybe $9,000 per year", so she filled out the credit card and said "it will not get approved if I do not put $15,000 a year" I said that was okay because it did not seem like that far of a jump to me. After ending the call she sent me over some paperwork to fill out, but I had decided I did not want to proceed, but since I signed a contract initially, I could no longer get out of it. So I sent her an email and it took her a week and several emails along with a call to the company for her to respond and tell me since I signed the initial contract there was no way of getting out of it. So I talked to my dad and he looked into it. Upon looking into it we found that my signature had been forage onto the credit card company, Fortiva, paper and I had a blank copy of the form sitting in my email, so how they approved me for a loan is beyond me. We also found out that she had put $15,000 as my monthly income! Which is a huge jump from the $9,000 a year I had said. We also noticed that Fortiva is not licensed to do business in Arizona, which is where I was. We are now taking legal action against Ideal Image, and when they found out they sent a termination agreement to get out of the $2,000 I owe, but when I read it I found out it was a nondisclosure agreement wrapped in a termination. We are still taking legal action and I would avoid this place at all costs!
Ideal Image at Alpharetta cancelled so many appointments on us because of Covid.
The MANAGER herself promised to make it up for the cancelled apps and at the end they want to charge extra because the time of the contract was over. They didn't honor their word. We were SO patient with them during Covid time and at the end they didn't provide full service as promised.
Ideal Image tries to trap you with on line signatures and charge you for services no matter if you receive any treatment or not. I had a sudden death in the family and had to assume the financial burden of our Mother in law. I called and canceled the service well before my first appointment. Ideal Image is carrying out criminal intimidation and is bending the law to suit their unfair business practices. Never use them.
They had no problem stealing $5,000 from my wife and I for her totally ineffective cool sculpting series of treatments. They made no attempt to compensate us for their failed treatment and my wife told me that the nurse was rude to her. I called several times to talk to the manager and was told she will call me back, but she never did. Instead she made her poor front desk girl do her dirty work. There was no noticeable improvement to my wife's trouble areas in fact they may have been worse after the series of treatments. It's hard to believe that they would do nothing whatsoever to compensate us for their failed treatment not even offer her more treatments to try and get her some noticeable/satisfactory results. Instead they just ignored our attempts to contact them. Ideal Image only cares about getting your money apparently and cares nothing about customer satisfaction. Beware!
Was promised service done by my vacation signed then got hung up on only to receive an appointment 2 months after vacation. Sales rep lied to get a sale I called immediately no answer called next day and was told I was able to cancel and a case number was started I would get a call 1 to 2 days. No call back I call again and again and get run around. Now almost a month later an hour of wait time after refusing to get off phone with a promise someone would call. Tyler got on saying the contract cannot be canceled due to buyers remorse. Sir its not buyers remorse, I want services just not with your company because you guys lied to me. I have not received any service and refuse they are shady, sneaky, snobby liers. Warning so many more companies out there that are concerned about you not pushy lying sales people.
They tell you you can cancel at anytime prior to services, but what they don't tell you is that you cannot get a refund, even if you haven't had services, they will not refund a loan. What you can do is call the lending company and cancel before it is too late and change you credit card information. The lending company cannot authorize payment to them unless you agree, by placing a hold on the contract with the lending company you can save a lot of money and heart ache.
So I decided to get the life time membership to get the savings blah blah blah. On my third visit to get lip fillers and around the mouth/ nasal folds, the technician squeezed my lips SO hard my eyes were watering through the numbing cream. That was different. After a few days I noticed one side was way fuller then the other and called to come in to see someone. They told me to come in after a week that it should be fully healed and we'll go from there. After a week I went back still very unhappy and my right side was significantly bigger than the left. The technician gave me a bunch of medical terminologies and showed me pictures of my lips and I try to explain to her you can physically see one side is bigger and she wouldn't take responsibility for anything. She told me she would give my number to a manager to wait a week to see what can be done. Two weeks go by …nothing… I Call Leigh tell me to send a message to the manager… Another week goes by nothing… I called for the third time… Waiting for a manager to call… It is now been four weeks since my two week consultation and not a soul has gotten back to me. I work in customer service I am blown away by the lack of concern about clients. I will never ever ever go back here. No wonder why these people have 1.5 stars. I wish I would've read the reviews before I came here. Just horrible. Nicole from the North Attleboro, Ma just returned my call after 4 weeks and had an attitude with me! Lol this company is a JOKE.
I dont know why but noone ever expressed the 16 month deal to me. Never people from the desk or the doctors or people over the phone who were processing my payments! Covid messed up my ability to get all my appoitments done within that 16 months and i only got 6 treatments out of 12! And payed 2,300 dollars. Thats alot of money to me and i almost cried when they said i had to PURCHASE more treatments! I feel totally played and im not happy with ideal image
Don't do business with them. They will take your money and not give you the service you paid for. The agreement you sign gives them the way to do this and you will not be able to do anything about it.

I ASKED THE GIRL WHY AND SHE SAID" THE OTHER GIRL HAD DONE THE PRELIMARY WORK. NOW THATS 4000. 00 DOWN THE DRAIN. NEXT APPT I COULD NOT REACH ANYONE ON THE PHONE TO CANC MY APPT. NO COMMUNICATION SO FAR. I HAVE ANOTHER 200.00 TO SPEND AND ABSOLUTEY NO RESULTS HAVE BEEN MADE! I'M RETIRED AND COULD NOT AFFORD THIS!
Horrible customer service. Contract is pushed so fast there is no time to read. You sign with good faith thinking they are really wanting to help you look your best when in fact they only care about your wallet. So now I am fighting trying to get my appointment set up after they called and canceled at the last minute. They can't tell me when they even can suggest about looking at their books to find if there's any time for me to have my appointment. I just want to have my appointment get in get out I take a loss and get away from these horrible people. Someone made a comment about chasing these people out of town and that's exactly what should happen. Run away from them, very fast
I would never recommend anyone to get the laser treatment. I spent $4000 on a full 9 treatments that did NOT work. The employees working at the center suggested I call customer service to ask for an extension of treatments since it was very clear the treatment did not work. Customer service was of no help at all. I opened a case and without even speaking to me or asking for proof or anything, they denied my case. The only thing customer service had to offer me was to buy more of their services. Why would I buy more of a service that clearly didn't work in the first place? I am so disappointed with the customer service and the treatment. I don't know how ideal image could even stay in business with the type of customer service they provide.
My experience today on April 20th was not pleasant! The care provider Marlo) was aggressively using alcohol rubs on my skin, my skin can not tolerate alcohol. The alcohol rubs were not used when I had my first treatment. ( I did not appreciate this treatment today). Too she took the gel pads off aggressively. I paid $7000. 00 to have this treatment done, and feel - I should have been treated with decency and respect. I want portions of my money back. I am scheduled to return there for a follow up in July. (Which I Probably Will Not). My intention was to buy 3 memberships, one for me, my daughter, and my niece.(That will Not Happened Now!). Get some true professional in there, who can treat all people with respect Never Again!
This is not a review of the treatment or any branch in particular but rather the business model. They will renew your contract yearly with NO WARNING. When you contact them they say they cannot and will not refund... then hang up on you. CROOKS, vote with your dollars and get them off the island!
In Sept of 2021 I called in about getting lip fillers again (I did this in May of 2021 with a different place). When talking to the sales lady she was very persuasive and sold me a $1900 dollar package. Brienna Smith was my sales associate I spoke with.
I have been trying to get my money back now for weeks. I never wanted the procedures that the women "upsold" to me. I ended up not going to any appointments and have never even stepped foot in an ideal image clinic.
Speaking with Tyler this morning he informed me that there was no way I could get my money back, and he was the only associate I could talk to. He apparently is the national and regional customer service person, and he said the buck stopped with him.
He ended up hanging up on me because I told him this was F**** ridiculous. This company preys on people with body image issues and works with zero integrity. They have stolen 1900 dollars from me.
Answer: Yes, I had to go to the hospital where they treated me for BURNS that Nicola at Ideal Image gave me while doing Laser treatment. Dr Angela Fisher at Ideal Image is unprofessional and relies on her 17 years of bad experience.
Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
