All hair grew back

This was the biggest waste of money, and I'm still paying it off! I'm pretty sure I got over charged for the services I received. And the company that they used to finance it now says my account is closed and I can't get a hold of them to see how much money I still owe!

Do not waste your money here

Where to start… multiple appts and my free service rescheduled. Horrible customer service. My Botox didn't work, my cool sculpting didn't work. I'm convinced the whole company is a fraud. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else!

Whatever you do, do not sign a contract with this company. They will steal your money and have zero compassion about it. Donny in the corporate office, is a young man with zero consideration for helping out. We live close to a fire that we got evacuated from, we are now in a flood zone and being 2.5 hours away from the closest spa I asked to get a refund. I need the money now more then I need Botox. He said it's a legal contract and there is nothing he can do.
They have really bad reviews and now I understand why.

IF YOU ARE BLACK, STAY AWAY FROM IDEAL IMAGE. I sustained 2nd and 3rd degree burn at 2 of Thor locations in Ma. I have been suffering for 4 weeks while the blisters burst and waiting for them to heal from all over the private area and my legs. I have sustained second and third degree burn all over my legs and all over my private area. I called to discussed other custumer service issues, cancelling appointments ent last minute and booking appts over an hour from my home. Today I called to discussed the burn matter. Finally I was able to track Tyler to answer my numerous concerns and calls. He began victim blaming and say the contract say you can and will experience burning. I told them yes but the contract does not say their incompetence will cause me to burn and blister to this level. I was appalled at his responses and lost my $#*! at him, he shows no compassion for what I'm going thru, all I wanted was to end this nightmare on a clean slate. The nurse lazered my tatoos on my legs, I guess I was too black for her to see it. The nurse who performed the initial burn said to me because I am a black women, dark skinned person, this is expected! I was appalled and my family member who was in my house heard her say that and was dumbfounded of what she heard and yet I try to set it aside as ignorance on her part. I guess if you are black this is expected per ideal image staff, but I'll be dammed if they think this is the last they are going to hear from me. All I wanted was refund for the last two of the 5 treatments and remainder of my money back but they want to play games and take no responsibility for their negligence. In a nutshell, don't go to these people even when their staff make mistakes, they try to blame you and your race. I admit I didn't look at the reviews, I assume this company was reputable, they put patient care ahead of financial gain since it was a nationwide company. Unfortunately I will only post the milder pics of my situation. Per legal advisors, I can only share some pics not the one in my private areas with open blisters and scars which sustained the 2nd degree and first degree burns per medical advisor.

DO NOT get lip fillers here! When I had my consultation on zoom the consultant told me they would administer two injections even though it was my first time and told me if there was any left over I could use the rest later on. I went to my appointment and she said she was only able to do one injection because it was my first time getting lip fillers and that I could come back in two weeks. NOT TRUE. I called back a few days later to add more volume in my bottom lip and the receptionist said I have to wait THREE MONTHS and also told me once they open my 2nd injection they will not let me use the rest at a different time. I regret going here SO MUCH and feel like I was led on, pressured and almost scammed of my money. Lack of communication. The Nurse that gave me lip fillers did a nice job on my top lips but my bottom lip is significantly smaller and a bit uneven. When I look in the mirror i like my lips better before :( If I could go back in time, I would definitely pick a place with better trained employees and a place that specializes in lip fillers. Research is VERY important.

Ideal Image will charge you annual fees automatically. Of note, NO ONE from Ideal Image explained to me that there is an automatic annual membership and will be renewed every year. As a matter of fact, the way they sold it to me is that this is a "Lifetime Guarantee Membership" which is kind of deceiving and suggests that this is a onetime Lifetime Membership.

June 2022.
I was severely burned by a technician I saw here on my 8th and final visit. I saw a doctor and she had never seen such severe burns from a laser hair removal laser. I'm distraught by the fact that these will likely scar my entire public area, which goes past any underwear line, and will be very visible while wearing a bathing suit.
Previous to this awful experience, I also struggled with payment to Ideal Image, as they could never get my auto deposit set up correctly, and asked me for $3000 upfront after I agreed to a $267/monthly payment.

I personally had a bad experience with the Ideal Image in the Woodlands TX
The agent would not let me know that my first appointment was 2 months out until I payed my money. She claimed schedule wasn't visible until paid. Then I received a call saying the machine was broken. I received another call saying a nurse called in sick. They then told me my appointment would be pushed out to more than another month later. In addition, they really can't tell you how long the results from the ultherapy product will last or when you will actually see any results. It all seems too fishy. I asked for a refund and they refused although they did not fulfill their fiduciary obligation so "Buyer Beware!"

I called Ideal Image in Indianapolis in the fall of 2021. I was called back on a Zoom call (due to Covid restrictions) and told by the rep I would need to pay a one time charge to be a lifetime member PLUS over $2000 of services. Since that time, I have used some of the things, but the filler, which was suggested as needing 2 tubes, reacted with my skin after the first injection of only 1 tube. There is still over $467 of unused product, which I am trying to get either refunded or used in a different way. They suggested skin care products. No... I have my own. Ideal Image has given me the run around for over almost 2 months and now I am suddenly not in the system. I am not recognized as a 'lifetime' member. And no one is willing to speak with me. I am told that they will research it and call back. That Ms Noelle handled it and is looking into it... on and on. I was by Corporate (lori) that I had $467+ still able to be used. I was then transferred to Indianapolis location and spoke with Laura who assured me I could use this balance until Sept 2023. Now I don't exist when trying to set an appt. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office in Indiana. RUN!

OMG, they deleted my review! So I'll keep posting. When I signed up for service, it was during Covid. The first appointment was scheduled after I signed up about 2 months out because they had no openings (they said). Then when my next appointment was scheduled I was sick. I called and cancelled due to Covid. They next appointment I went and they said, Oh, we cancelled your spot because you didn't confirm via text. I was in the process of getting a new phone, so didn't get that. So I showed up, but they didn't take me. I didn't complain, just rescheduled. The next appointment, I had been exposed to someone with Covid, so I called and let them know. They said OK Call again for an appointment. When I did, they said sorry your contract has expired (had to be within 6 month timeframe), ALTHOUGH I PAID FOR SEVERAL SESSIONS AND NOW THEY SAY TOO BAD, YOU DONT GET A REFUND OF THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS YOU PAID! BEWARE, this place is a rip off. Obviously they don't care about the health of the customers, only grabbing money and not performing the service.

When I first heard of them it was through Facebook, they seem very reliable in providing services, I also went on their page to see further reviews on them. It all seemed wonderful. On 03/28/2022 I reached out to Ideal Image for information and pricing. When Imrana Wali (sales agent) Answered the called she explained to me about the services and prices they have and also some promotion they had. When she told me the price I told her I needed to speak with my husban due to the amount they where asking. Imrana immediately stated that if I leave the call with out purchasing I was not going to be able to get the offer she provided. At that point I felt pressured to get it because to me it seemed like a good deal. So I singed up for the service and told her that I need weekends for the services due to My work hours. Imrana started making appointments for different days and started splitting the services, I told her I can only do it once but I needed weekends. So she scheduled me for April but it was hard for me and told them if they could change it and the next representative (no name) unfortunately told me that if I needed the full treatment the only opening for me was in June 4th. June 4th comes along and I got sick (no doctor notes) so I called to reschedule and ofcourse they have nothing available for me till July. I am seeking full refund from this company because they cannot meet my needs of schedule. On June 4th 2022 a representative mention to me that they are always booked, and that they have so many customer complaints. I did place a complaint on 06/04 I did receive a call from Ben Braughton Executive client care service for my complain through a week later (06/09/22) and he stated that I cannot get a refund due to the contract, unless their medical director states im not able to get treatments. But to be honest, I never got an evaluation from them, all they did was ask if I had aondition and I stated that I was diabetic with unstable hormones. At this point the contract should be reviewed since they never provided me with a doctor to evaluate me... for all those seeking this service please don't, do not waste your money or time to get a appointment in for what you need.

Started in Albuquerque New Mexico and transferred to Tucson I was using my touch up as regular and now I'm paying for it I get system on my face bumps on my face the hair is coming out it never went away and I paid all this money for a package and they still get to keep operating when there are a lot of people out there that did the same thing spent all this money because they said it will remove your hair permanently and now I have to see a dermatologist about every two months because of IDEAL IMAGE I'm going to check to see if we can bring a suit against them I know there are more people out there that did the same thing about the so-called package deal and got nothing out of it. I have my prayer how to unpack my box I keep everything from IDEAL IMAGE, which Albuquerque said they would look into it so they Miami Tucson Tucson said we will look into it and get back with you that's just not right well the lady I talk to she was a nurse she was going down to Albuquerque because the Albuquerque IDEAL IMAGE was having all kinds of problem I never saw that woman again and of course the employees in Tucson acting dumb found didn't know what I was talking about

HORRIBLE!

I signed up for this service and went one time. It was HORRIBLE! The customer service sucked! And the procedure was so painful! They continued even though I was in pain. I asked for a refund as I didn't want to continue with this. They REFUSE! They said that I was responsible for all of it because I signed a contract. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE! And on top of it they automatically signed me up for a membership, which I did not ask for, and charged me and extra $250 on top of the $1700 for the treatment. They advertise that they have doctors on hand to help advise you and discuss the proper treatment for you. BULL$#*!! There is not such thing in this place! I can't express enough how HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS! PLEASE DO NOT GO! DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY! We need to get these guys out of business! They need to learn how to treat people. NOT LIKE ANIMALS! Deceptive practices.
Don't listen to a word they tell you verbally. Make sure you read everything especially the small print that is designed to for you in light gray. They will saw you access amounts of Botox and only use part of it. I know this for a fact since I double checked and caught them outright and a flustered lie. Their sales and marketing team has no medical training and should not be making recommendations based on what they think they see you need. They want you to pay upfront for everything. Everywhere else I go you pay after the service is completed. They are irresponsible with your time and I will never go there again ever. The only reason I went as long as I did was I had a really good nurse who was honest and I relied on her smart judgment. Since then I feel like I've been treated like a potential bonus They get bonuses based on their sales and not based on their accomplishments

I went to New Image before COVID. I was going to have a procedure and after reading reviews changed my mind and ask for a refund. They made me sign a paper saying I would never come back into New Image again, which I gladly signed.

I had signed up for cool sculpting but was later told by my doctor that due to medical reasons I couldn't do I sent in my letter from my doctor and was told that she had to tell them what was wrong with me in order for them to refund money back to financial company they kept the money and I never received any treatments because I couldn't they are scamming people they asked for a letter and I gave it to them only for them to say we need to know what is wrong with you I should not have to tell them what I'm going through my doctors letter should have been enough

Buyer beware read fine print

I purchased numerous services...
I was getting a bbl photo face... I paid $1000 for package before even reviving services. I received a free one n had a really bad breakout reaction from this. I immediately contacted them n sent pics. Took them 4 days to get back to me. I explained to them I never break out n I'm concerned now to continue with this service. I would just rather be refunded. Nope! Won't give money back. They said I can get another service. I don't want another service! BE CAREFUL SIGNING ANYTHING

I paid for filler injections. When I arrived for my appointment they took my medical history. Due to unrelated allergic reactions they decided they would not perform the service I had already paid for. I was told I would receive a refund. I have been calling repeatedly for the refund. Each person I speak with gives me a different story and a different time frame for my account to be credited. I am still waiting for my charge account to be credited. So I assume this is their scam. Take your money, refuse the service, and promise a refund that you will not receive.

Do not purchase services from Ideal Image! I was going to use their services and changed my mind as I decided to go elsewhere. I went through their loan program in order to achieve their services and since I wasn't going to use their services I wouldn't need the loan. I called to cancel my membership, loan, and appointments. I was told that my money from my loan was NON-REFUNDABLE! Now I am on the hook to pay even though I have never and WILL NEVER receive services from them! Their customer service is terrible. All I was told was that is not our policy! And there is nothing they can do!
