It took me several hours to complete the verification process. Text message links requiring me to upload photos of my state NYS drivers license failed every time. Mind you I was using a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Not exactly a flip phone. Trying to find a way to use a computer instead was not easy to find. It took many repears and back and forths to find. An addition aggravation was having to endure a video call to show the license I just uploaded on my webcam. Which the agent couldn't make out. She then sends me the same text message links which failed last time. Only after using a zoom link was she able to read my NY License. If I were pulled over an by a live police officer they would not have had that problem. Relying on technology to handle simple transactions otherwise done in the real world without any issues is not the way to assist people seeking help. The whole process needs to be streamlined.

Fue muy sencilla la verificacion de mi identidad con ID.me, las instrucciones son muy claras y el sistema muy amigable, te dan muchas opciones de los documentos que necesitas mostrar. Todo esta muy bien organizado y te van informando el avance de tu proceso, el tiempo de espera para la videollamada despues que verificaron mis documentos solo fue de 1 minuto y el agente se presento de manera muy amable y las indicaciones muy claras.
