I had difficulties providing and preparing for the process, as it didn't give you any idea of what you needed to have set up on your phone, such as a printer, photos of documents, and other personal data, such as a passport or driver's license. As an older adult, I am not comfortable swapping between apps to perform the needed steps. A save feature would be helpful, I was afraid to run into problems if I didn't finish the process 8n one session.

I don't think the entire process took longer then 5 mins to verify my documents and I was done. The agent doing the verifying was beyond polite and very friendly.
