This is not an accurate system. If they'll tell me that I'm not me, and I KNOW I'M ME, will they give access to my personal data to someone who isn't me? I would not recommend this site to anyone. I was extremely frustrated and felt cheated when I was done. I gave them all my personal info including a face recognition and I.D.me gave me NOTHING!

Great way to do reporting.with help without a computer
I live abroad and thought it would be terribly complicated to validate my account but an agent videocalled me within minutes and we were able to set up my account without any issues.
It took longer than most sites not the directions were clear for the most part.

It was extremely difficult for a few reasons. One, my phone is old and the front-facing camera is broken. I still managed to make it work. Two, I suffer from essential tremors, you have no idea how long it took me to take a clear picture of my driver's license. Lastly, when I tried to apply for benefits and entered the ID.me code, nothing happened. I can't apply for benefits because this didn't work, and the state's phone number doesn't work.
Overall a great experience. ID.me took a process that is usually long and turned into a secure down to business process. The customer service is great. The wait time is virtually none. Thanks guys!
