Unfortunately, my self initiated ID.Me Logon attempt was unsuccessful. But, I didn't realize this as I never saw an error message. After waiting the recommended 15 days and not receiving the confirmation email, I set up a physical appointment at the unemployment center. The agent explained that my logon effort failed and that I had to start all over again. She said that there was an extra step that I missed. She was unable to fast track me and recommended I re-visit the unemployment center in 15 days to re-check the ID.Me Logon. This situation has prevented the start of unemployment benefits.
I would like to know it's over and done with.

I had to download a copy of my DD214 into the program. Never did anything like this before. I got a couple of messages that there was a code in my e-mail. I found that but don't believe I ever used it? Apparently everything worked because I did get the authorization number. I was totally lost to the point af turning down the discount. My lovely wife told me to keep trying and finely it worked.
Thought I had it done when I first signed up for New Jersey Unemployment turned out 30 days later I found out I did not have it right New Jersey Unemployment people are no help. Still don't know if I have ID me right? Bye-bye thank you.
