I am a real person don't know this company from Adam nor anyone that works there I haven't been paid I'm saying this because this id.me is the easiest ID verification.com app whatever you want to call it in my opinion on the web or on the concrete you're done and verified if you have the appropriate documents in 3 minutes. It's the software that they use accompanied with your camera and it can be a crap camera but it's their software that is the niche and it is good, real good. It doesn't take a PhD to navigate it's just abc123 and congratulations you have been verified and that's verified throughout the federal government state government wherever in the United States of America kudos it's a whole team effort and you guys did an amazing job.

I was able to register myself easily, I got my pictures taken, and was verified readily. That was great. But the problem I have is thaT THE MAIN REASON I LOGGED INTO THE WEBSITE WAS NOT FULFILLED. THE STATE OF NC DEMANDS MY IRS RETURN STATEMENT FOR 2009. THEY GARNISHED MY INCOME TAX RETURN FOR 2021 BECAUSE THEY SAID I OWE THEM FOR 2009. IN 2009 I LIVED IN TEXAS AND DID. NOT WORK IN NC. I LOVE ID.me. It's mission is to reward professionals in the caring/helping industries, i.e., nurses, first responders, teachers, etc. One has to qualify by uploading ID, proving one is certified/licensed in particular industry.
My ONLY complaint, and I'm not 100% sure that it's not me, is that the site seems to be glitchy when populating the discount code/link. I've only used the platform to receive discounts from one retailer. I've purchased 4 times and each time I've had trouble. Starting out with ID.me, it takes me to the retailer and the link to ID.me, to obtain the code is there. Clicking the link takes you, momentarily, back to ID.me, then back to the retailer. The link is then gone. Logging out and logging back in does not fix the problem. After several tries, my fix is to go incognito to get the link back. It seems to take 20 minutes for an 8 minute shopping trip. I will try to remember to copy the code on the initial code population in the future.
Other than the time consuming process, I LOVE the discounts, which are significant.

I had already signed up before under an old profession(medical), since the switch in jobs I wondered what deals were offered under that section I now fall under (government), but I worried it would be complicated to switch and possibly may require making a whole new account which I wasn't thrilled about- but to my surprise I easily logged in my existing account and verified my new profession in minutes!
