It took me over 2 weeks, 14 emails back and forth and twelve (12) different verification codes sent on the final day for me to continue the process and finally finish. If you are a senior US Vet who does not live in the US and has no US address, then stand by for a long Journey. You will have to be computer literate and know how to copy/scan and save documents, and their list changes as you go along. Finally you need a camera computer or cellphone to talk face to face and physically show the documents that you already sent them as scans. It took me 3 weeks, every day.
