Initially, not bad, but my UPS store close by, kiosk was down, I didn't have a smart phone, not everyone does, then had to drive all over town to find the only other UPS store to have one. Then when I tried to access my VA files to check on my Meds, the instructions weren't as clear so I had to play around with my computer until I "accidently" found my way to my files, an hour later. You can't just go through the documentation uploads, then log on, there is more, but you need to read the "fine" print MFA? Anyway, I still had a hard time looking up my medications, sending a note to my Physician Asst. Because, it wasn't just about a new way of logging on, for security, they changed everying (VA) within the system itself. (The look). So if you are using ID. Me for anything else, they may be good at security, I will have to wait on that, and see what happens, but I was happy the way the VA did it before.
