To be honest, I found myself getting impatient and aggravated with the identity verification process. I first picked option 1 (verify with my documents, biometrics, etc.) However, it could not verify me because of my phone number. It's already a process, signing in and out, having to authenticate each time (although I do understand the importance of security), having to use different logins between the 2 sites (ID ME and DEO), I mean I literally had to debrief for an hour before actually completing the dreadful process. So I tried the 2nd option (to do a video identification verification) to get pass the issue of me not being able to verify because of a phone number discrepancy. Most importantly, the wait wasn't long to connect to a live representative and when I did, she was very professional, patient and her voice alone was very very polite. She made me feel comfortable as soon as our video connected and I knew that she would be providing me with stellar customer service. I was completely satisfied with the level of service received.

I love how I was able to understand the instructions of the id.me. Easy to use and they help you easily. But what I don't like is the video agent. She rolls her eyes when I couldn't understand her at first. Just because I was confused what would be the best answer to her question. Unprofessional and she looks like she doesn't like what she's doing.
