First they ask for two photo ids. But after providing two photo ids they want additional documents like your utility bill and insurance invoice. Even after a video interview, they still ask for documents that I never submitted or claimed to have in my possession, i.e., like my social security card. I think this is one big scam to collect my personal data.

For some reason my driver's license wasn't up to par because I had a change of address sticker on it that showed my current address. The website did not seem to like that. They don't accept change of address stickers for some reason.
Because of that they had to have a live verifier video chat with me to observe my documents first hand. The verifier was very cordial, was very helpful and informed, was very quick, was very pleasant, was very professional and got it done right off the bat!
So I appreciate her 100%!
And now that that's all accomplished I can log in and access my SSA account.
