Overall it went well. The waiting cue was accurate and the video connection was acceptable quality. Audio was not good at all, but the agent was able to phone me and after that the process went smoothly. If you're not good at scanning your docs or taking photos of them with your phone, you will be frustrated by the process. You will also need a computer with a webcam.
