At 75 & NOT tech savvy I almost gave up when I couldn't get acceptable copies of my hologrammed driver's license. The video chat agent that answered our call understood that we may have needed some language assistance. Although the experience was excellent, something I would want ID.me to add to video chats/call is a chat box where one could type in anything they would like to say, which could be handy if the audio in the video is not working properly.
